Bartender testified AS was wearing a jean jacket while making out with Hemy on dance floor. Supposedly AS does not have a jean jacket. If she doesn't, I think she was wearing Hemy's.

The defense is still putting forth no witnesses that really help their case and IMO are putting forth witnesses that prove the states case.

Thank you so much to you and Chelly for explaining this. I couldnt figure out why that would matter. The carousel of defense witnesses that I saw today proved nothing IMO. Maybe only that they didn't know AS as well as they thought. JMV
