I want the state to bring out on rebuttal all of AS and HN's calls the morning of the gas leak. I want to see txts emails and calls. AS is complicit in the death of RS. I Hope this jury does the right thing; finds her guilty and then the state slaps that bracelet right back on her leg; and refiles murder charges against her.

Any chance the defense will wrap it up today? I mean, I get what they're trying to do, but I am sure the jury gets it by now. Andrea is a good actress (well, she's an actress). She knows how to put on a front, especially if she was planning on having him killed. But it doesn't change the bones of the case:

She lied about her affair with Hemy.

She lied about the knowledge she had of Hemy killing Rusty.

She knew Rusty had been shot before anyone even told her.

She called Hemy SEVERAL times after receiving news that something happened to Rusty.

I hope the State spells it all out very clearly in their closings. She is guilty as hell.

I am trying to see if I understand this witnesses' testimony -- more calls to Rusty than prosecutor brought out because this expert included home phone calls between Andrea and Rusty -- some calls to Rusty were 5 minutes, some calls to Hemy 5 seconds -- so??? -- and as far as calls between Melanie White and Hemy -- wouldn't the fact that Hemy deleted text messages between him and Melanie in December be suspect?
