They're trying to prove that Andrea didn't purposely delete messages to Hemy, the phone did it due to lack of memory.

I'm betting though, that NONE of the remaining text messages he found were related to the case.

Why on earth would anyone besides AS, or her family deliberately delete those specific ones when the ones before and after are kept?
And they WERE deliberately deleted.
Could a alien have come down and deleted them? We're talking probable and common sense, not aborations.
She was so upset in her fetal position, she called 100 peeps?

I have to admit, this testimony does put a bite in the charge of deleting texts to hinder the investigation.

Isn't the fact that Hemy was in Colorado the important point -- no matter where he stayed -- he had no business there, and Andrea denied he was in Denver -- I don't know why they keep up bringing up Hemy's and Andrea's phones were miles apart at times -- so what? they could have met up at other times -- he was not supposed to be in Colorado, period. Am I confused?
