Someone had a Red Bull with lunch.

Have they said anything about how long the judge will allow the jurors to deliberate today? I haven't heard anything about sequestering so I guess they get to go home?

Well he just convinced me, I would find her guilty and have no problem with it since I am "pretty darn sure" she is guilty of all charges against her!

Powerpoint presentation. Dejavoodoo.

  • #885
I would have no problem convicting her and branding her as a criminal. :twocents:

I really do think the Prosecution did an excellent job presenting their case, and I 100% believe beyond a reasonable doubt Andrea Sneiderman is guilty of the charges. The defense did the best job they could in defending her.

If I were the judge, I would totally be upset to call his court and trial in HN trial a "television show" like it was made up and a spectacle.

Didn't hear anything.

Whoops. Clegg just called a rabbi, "reverand"

 Way to waste part of your hour talking about the habits of lawyers. Really?

Yes, lol, and he only has one hour. That was really juvenile, IMO. He resents that particular lawyer because she is good. (just as he does the rest of the prosecution)

Clegg looks a little like that actor who drove a taxi in the tv show "Hack" years ago.

  • #892
If I was on the jury, I'd have already tuned out this jibber jabber because he's talking about a trial different than the one I have just sat through.

and the Dunwoody police --

I just have to say that I feel bad for the Sneiderman children. The innocent children who lost their father will most likely now lose their mother for a while.

Very sad.

Have the children been with her this whole time while under house arrest? I am a little fearful that the jury will take sympathy or something into account regarding their children, like if we put her in jail that will be taking their mom away? I hope not...

I wonder if Clegg gets paid by the word rather than by the hour!

I'm having a hard time keeping up with him as he babbles on. I don't know how the jurors can take good notes. By the time they copy something off the Power Point, he's on to a whole new topic.

He persists in blaming the Dunwoody cops. Is this his scheme to proving AS is not guilty?

"here is the bottom line", "this is the bottom line"........it's like a drinking game, but its too early in the day to start drinking.........

Clegg is pizzzing me off now.
