Thanks for posting this link. There is another update on this for today, with just a brief mention of the investigators gearing into the possibility of a connection to a 2007 case, FWIW. It mentions that in the 3rd paragraph. I'll attempt to post it (having major techno issues):

I am curious to know who the owner of the house is and what their connection to Samuel is. Hopefully, we will have an update soon.

Sounds as though they may have a crazed killer running around the neighborhood that likes to abduct healthy young men. Seems like a stretch.......but wouldn't it be something if all of these strange disappearances were related ? The Kelly Nash story never made much sense either.

Perhaps the reporter will get called by folks to justify upping his investigation. Channel 11 here is known for such doing great investigative work ( also WSB) if public interest :wink:

[emoji6] At the very least, the block of Shadburn Ferry Rd. where the home is would be helpful. Now I have to resort to looking at all the houses on Shadburn via Google Earth for a match to the picture, Lol.

This is about 7-9 houses down across the street from Kelly's dad on the OTHER side of the street... and 3-4 house down on Kelly's dad's cove is where body was found of Kelly. I wish I was good at how to circle stuff... but will post and go from there. This is really a

smh, when it gets this close, and you (I) have seen hinkey there and think "hinkey meter" on the house across the street from the one with the search warrant a while back.... hinkey meter is ringing loudly as to these two cases.

smh that media has not caught on as is so close... and nothing from LE since OP? Assume someone here has a google alert?
 
Wow, this is very bizarre. Either it's a heck of a coincidence or its related. I'm not familiar with the Kelly Nash case but I better go do some reading on it now.
