They were both charged with felony cruelty to children and felony murder.

Jane is covering this right now. She said that the girls blood alcohol content was the same as a 170 pound person drinking 12 shots of liquor.

2014:

More than four years after a 4-year-old girl died from alcohol poisoning, her father and aunt have been indicted on murder charges, according to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office...

The girl’s father and aunt were arrested after her death, but had not been indicted until last week.
