Police search for missing Atlanta woman
Shaniqua Phillips, 30, was last seen August 9 around 2 a.m. walking out of Grady Memorial Hospital. She was not supposed to leave, but she discharged herself.
Phillips is bipolar, has ADHD, paranoia, and schizophrenia. She needs medications and does not have them or a cell phone to contact the family.
She was last seen wearing grey and black jogging pants, a black shirt, and red shoes.
Under her left eye is a dollar sign tattoo. On the right side of her neck, she has her name tattooed in bold letters.
