Seeing the confusion about LH and if she worked out of the home or in the home..
Is it possible, as a dietician, she worked for herself and therfore was based out of her home but was usually out of the house (seeing clients, etc.)?

Mom worked from home according to the officer who testified. I'm sure he said that because I was like wait, what, you just said she left for work before RH and Cooper were up
I'm curious as to why he phoned his friends to say he'd be late for the movie, when he left work early, and movie theatre was only a few minutes drive?
Why? Because he KNEW he was going the have to stop somewhere to have his son "discovered" dead.
My hubby has a kidney transplant. He went to a Dialysis for a year before his transplant he said he will do hemodialysis the next time around, at home. With that said, I wondered if she did home visits to hemodialysis patients.

Yeah but if your significant other killed you child, would one of the first things out of your mouth be, "Did you say TOO much?"I'm not saying she didn't know but I do want to point out that everyone processes grief differently.
It makes me worry because I don't break down and show emotions. It's a coping mechanism honed long ago.
Jmo, working at home with a two-year would be next to impossible. How could you keep phone appointments, conference calls, etc? There is no way to "control" what a toddler will be doing at a certain time.
Who is M?
Also...I think sense of smell is one of those relative things. I often smell things very strongly my husband does not notice, good smells and otherwise. So I am not comfortable with the smell being more than an "extra" piece of evidence.
And his behavior in the parking lot after lunch - when he made a brief stop at his car and then stopped to watch as someone walked past it.The smell in the car that he got into and drove and ignored is the biggest thing, IMO.

Somehow, I doubt it.

She's a dietitian.
You obviously know yourself better than I do but I highly doubt that you would give a rat's a** about legal rights if your baby was dead.I don't *think* I'd say it like that, but yes, fairly soon I'd want to know exactly what she told the police.
But, that's partly from reading case after case after case in reporters in the law library and westlaw.
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and WILL be used against you.
But, I was of that mind even before I took a single paralegal class.
bbm I think they showed the judge photos of the car seat and I am sure it was for that reason. jmoMy children are 17 and 12, so car seats that I used were a long time ago. However, on the back of the car seat there was ALWAYS a metal clip that was used to keep the straps tight no matter what position the straps were in (which slots on the front were used such as top, middle or bottom). There is no point in having a baby/newborn in a car seat with the straps in the lowest (bottom) slots on the front if the straps themselves would be so loose that the baby/infant would easily come out of the straps. I doubt very seriously that this has changed much, if at all, over the years. I want to know if that metal clip was used on the back of Cooper's seat to make the straps so freaking tight on him that he had very little, if any, movement with the straps in the lowest (bottom) slots.
MOO
