I think anyone could explain anything away in a circumstancial case. But when it comes down to it, if you look at every little thing than it paints a very clear picture, in my opinion. Why didn't he go through a drive thru? Why didn't he grab something for Cooper to eat in the car? Why was this person who is afraid of his kid dying in a hot car not taking precautions? Why not install an automatic daily alarm in his phone he so so loves to use for selfies? You strap the baby in, kiss him, get in the car and literally a minute later you forget about him? I just can't believe that. When you add in all the other internet history, KIK chatting, and his behaviour that day= it all adds up to murder for me.

I can answer the drive-through question. Going through a drive through with a 22-month-old is asking for hashbrown-crusted carseats, dropped food, tears of frustration on part of little ones, and general disaster. They are too young to manage solitary car eating at this age. JMO, based on my experience.

Yes. Plea bargain down to a short sentence or probation and it's over. JMO.

Oh heck no. The State of Georgia wants to see him suffer.

If he plea bargains it will be for 30 years in jail without the possibility of parole (instead of the needle, which he will likely get if he goes to trial, I think there is way more evidence to come).

And that is why I think wifey is so supportive, she doesn't want him to turn against her.

We need to tell our daughters to google guys before setting up "dates" with them based on hook-up sites. Seriously. I think this should be included in Sex Ed with warnings about "harmless" predators on social media. So many parents don't bother to warn their girls because they assume the schools or churches are doing it. Sadly, we can't say this stuff enough: DON'T MESS AROUND WITH "HARMLESS" MARRIED MEN. NOTHING GOOD WILL EVER COME OF IT.

You should check. They use FB like this as well. A neighbor who teaches high school told me that parents are clueless about their daughters and the stuff they do with their iphones. It made me want to cry. I have two little girls, the oldest is 6, and I can't begin to imagine how to protect them.

Why do you think he would plead guilty? Many of the other cases I have read the parent went to court and fought the charge.

I keep getting booted offline. Typed an answer and lost it. Short version -- his facts stink and he'd likely be sentenced to something. His lawyer would try to convince him to plead -- especially in this jurisdiction. Regardless, though. Even if he didn't take a plea, even a trial on that type of charge wouldn't garner nearly the attention as this one is. jmo

Ok, so, JRH, NOT ONCE, remembered he didn't take CH to day care and somehow didn't see him in the car until after work.. So what made him realize he was in the car? He didn't notice him during lunch after he buys light bulbs, goes to his car, looks in (See below) and still doesn't see Cooper? Didn't know he was there when he pulled into work, took 30 minutes to get out of car. And yet somehow while driving to go to movies he finally see's Cooper?


STODDARD: When he reaches in, he comes up, he opens up the door. And as he's reaching in, turns his head a little bit. He's in there, he has a clear view, and he kind of turns his head and then just tosses the light bulbs into the car

That's how I interpreted Stoddard's statement too, but it's not really clear one way or the other. Either way (deliberately turning away from Cooper, or looking toward him) is incriminating IMO.

I have telephone conferences constantly and I bill my time in six-minute increments, so I have a very good grasp of exactly how long a 6-minute convo is. It's a relatively long convo under any circumstances, but really hard for me to believe under these particular circumstances. jmo

Why would he call the daycare? To tell them Cooper was dead?
He might have said there was an "accident", but LH had knowledge of Cooper being left in the car.
How did she "know"?

All I can see is he called Toddler Rm 5 and asked to be put on hold until LH got there. He needed to speak to her immediately once she walked in?
If he was sitting there on hold, why was.the daycare surprised to see her?
It sure sounds to me like she WAS upset at that time. People were telling he "no, it could be anything, he could be at chic fil a"

Either he had threatened her before saying he would do exactly what he did

He left a voicemail at the scene that she retrieved prior to going into the daycare

She knew because they planned it.
I just can't see both of their brains being so messed up that they would both risk life in prison or worse.

I also don't see her living an alternative lifestyle -RH I do.
I do know that in order for a guy to get into a swingers club he has to have a lady with him. Ladies are allowed in single.
I wonder if they had a membership somewhere?

Living an alternative lifestyle at her age with a toddler and a husband that she has intimacy issues with that is busy sexting while she slept with her baby in the room tells me thats about ALL he did.

All I see right now is RH is a pervert.
Until I see some proof, some online presence or hear about more of her online searches or that she accompanied RH to a swingers club all I see with her is trying to make it in a marriage with an emotionally unavailable husband and father.

Even if she did go to a swingers club with him, it doesn't mean she participated.
He could have used it as an excuse to spice things up and help him get in the mood.

But wasn't he taking the Androgel (confirmed to be taking it at some point in the past, via LH's forum post, and perhaps continuing to do so esp. with the erect penis pics etc.)? And thus, wouldn't the Androgel have eliminated the issues with low T? His sexual promiscuity does seem to indicate someone with a healthy, perhaps excessive, amount of testosterone.

No proof, sympathy, supporters...all of that goes toward making this kind of death the "perfect crime." Especially for someone who might have researched a case or two, or looked at statistics regarding how often there is an arrest and if so how often are charges dropped, etc.

When I view this as a potential "perfect crime" for those with intent, I am NOT saying that all or even most of these deaths are intentional, but a person would have to have their head in the sand to believe none are.

IMO.

And Googled surviving prison. As if he is ever gonna be released. Actually he might not survive prison. He's only in jail right now. The safest place he could be at the BIG HOUSE is on death row. He won't survive Gen Pop, not after how that baby suffered.
