Anyone remember if a witness administered CPR before police arrived? Wouldn't they have smelled an odor? So confusing.

And ones who should have been eliminated because by their own words, they "couldn't judge" weren't!It didn't prove to be irrelevant.
The problem was that jury. Everyone with two brain cells to rub together were eliminated by voir dire.
IMO

From what I've read, the baby was in full rigor when he was pulled from the car. There would be no need for CPR.

Where did you read that? Link please..
But again, Some parents will do anything to try and revive the child.
That quote from cobb bothers me a lot. There was no need for it. It is just trying to get everyone upset and start the hunt. He really should have said nothing more than there is a current investigation.
I don't know if I believe anything more at this point. I just am not sure. But this kind of commenting helps nothing IMPO.
Witnesses at the scene were quoted and were interviewed.

I would imagine he was very upset, and expressed it. I can't begin to imagine the horror.
IHAVENOCLUE - are you noticing that all the things you reference about the search on the computer are re-worded versions of exactly the same piece of information? That Randy Travis has been told by an unnamed LE officer that there was a search but the leak didn't say anything about when the search was conducted and they were unable to determine that information. That's all it ever says, article after article. It's the same exact snipped of info.

Where?
I'm still struggling with the thought that the car would have smelled bad. Little babies smell sweeter than adults and this one was very small.

Possibly due to it not being true. The child was alive at CFA. No doubt. So if the child died in the car, We don't know when, It does not mean that it smelled of death. IT could have just smelled from dirty diaper in heat, vomit, pee.
I think that it has been removed because there is more to this.
I remember.. I believe it was a witness statement.. the Dad was getting the baby out of the car and another man ended up assisting him and then he also did cpr because the Dad kept raising his hands in the air and yelling to the sky what did I do etc jmo
