That is why I think he might have put the object (cell phone) in his car. Day care and his wife was calling asking where Cooper was. He went to his car and saw him there and left his phone in the car because he wasn't going to answer or return the calls. Then he google searched hot cars and animals. jmo

Yes, favorite toy or blanket, but who would know it was in the car when it shouldn't be other than dad?
Ok. he didn't pick him up so he wouldn't have the diaper bag.
Unless they didn't use one to and from.
I kept my kids cubbies stocked at that age. No diaper bag, but I often brought home dirty clothes etc.
I also got a daily report of diaper changes, naps and food eaten.

I just see a very selfish man here.
I have also seen reports that mom fed him at home? Maybe dad just had the munchies?

Could Ross have mad other stops between his home and his work other than Chik-fa-lay (sp?)

example... Could he have taken another child along with his own son in the car that morning?

could he have dropped off that other child and his/her car seat at the day care center... And NOT dropped off his own son?

Just brainstorming here...

If he had actually told him what to say, it would be coaching. He did not, he told the husband to tell the wife what is going on. He never instructed the husband in what words or phrases to use, which would be coaching.

I think we can safely move on. No one was standing over him putting words in his mouth. It's getting a bit silly

MOO based on what I think I might have said to him at that point

would have made a sailor blush and he would have been shocked by the depth of my outrage? I would not have sounded demure or ladylike she probably cussed him out ((I would have screamed into the phone)) --- truthfully, maybe he was stunned that his wife was 'tearing him a new (fill in the blank)" and he wasn't used to that (MOO)

First off, he never told the man WHAT to say, period. Second, they cuffed him when he was in the way. Third, civilians do not have the right to tell LE to shut up at a crime scene. A cop has the right to say that and stay in control of the scene. Lastly, proof?

I get that you seem to think they are railroading this guy, but there is no coaching or out to get him here. This is a highly charged and emotional scene,with thing already not adding up, and the guy was hysterical. This is not a conspiracy against this dude.
