In order to be charged with a crime you have to commit one.
This isn't a good situation, for sure, and it's more of a concern that she's a day care owner.
BUT, in Pennsylvania it's legal to leave kids 6 and older in an unattended car, and it's legal to leave babies in a car if they're "attended". There is no minimum age for babysitters in the state.
This probably won't be followed by the media, but I'd like to see what law she violated, since it's technically legal to do what she did.
If someone is roundly beloved by family and live long friends, you can believe it. IMHO.
That's not my experience in life.
My experience is that there are a lot of guys who are glib, generally well-liked and do fairly well in sales or politics.
But they have few really true long term friends and their wives say after the divorce "you didn't really know him".
IDK just because he was seen/there is footage of his putting the child in his car seat does not mean they went in. What if he did the drive-thru and then there was a spillage in the back and he had to pull over and get Cooper out and clean up then put him back. Not that I think that is what happened but you never know.
But either way, if he is taking the baby in and out of his car seat, then he is fully aware of his presence. So just about one minute later, when he passes the exit for the daycare, how can he forget so fast?
BBM. Nonsense. Wives are usually in denial and think the controlling actions are out of love and thus don't figure it out until the narcissist finally turns on them.
From her remarks at the funeral, the wife in this case is still in the denial stage.

:detective: May I compliment your brilliance on this significant find! matou, this is a huge clue, don't you agree? Major. This information takes things to an all new level. Wonder if LE knows? Perhaps you should send them an email, if you haven't already. For Cooper
Cooper wants to share with you -----> :cupcake:

I was responding to your generalized comment about narcissists stated as fact. I think you are wrong and that there are plenty of murdered wives that prove you are wrong.

I know it's been said here that Harris must be a narcissist - but wives KNOW that. Acquaintances don't - but close family and wives do.

I didn't know. My daughter is licensed as a Veterinary Assistant, but has not got an AA or any other "degree", she took what is called a "Certificate Program".
I really think that if had happened like Princesslisa describes above and Cooper was found dead by noon, RH would not be under suspicion and the web searches wouldn't have even come into play. It is what happened after noon that set off the chain of events that caused LE to look further...
News feed just showed a couple In Louisana I think it was that left a 6month old in the car at a Walmart for about an hour...she was rescued, fed, changed and cared for....the people (not gonna even call them parents) did not even remember her being in there or so they said....they have other children including a twin of this baby....drugs, drugs, drugs....thank God the kids were removed from where they were found. They walk among us.
The amount of time a child can be left in a hot car is zero minutes. Kind of like looking up how many stories up a child on a ledge would have to fall in order to die. You don't put a child in either situation, ever, for any period of time.
To me, any way, he wasn't expecting to be looked at as a suspect. So, he probably didn't think that surveillance footage, etc would be looked at. At least, not at first. I think once the day went on, and he realized that someone else wasn't going to find his son, he panicked.
This is what I think his thought process was: Leave baby in car to die, passerby will find him (maybe at lunch time when people drive off to pick up lunch or whatever) and they will call 911. The cop will come up and say, 'We found your son in the car, and he died.' Then he would start his histrionics, his coworkers would surround him, vouch for what a good dad he was. He went to Chick Fil A with his son, and he only does that on days when he doesn't work, so he forgot to drop his son off because it was out of his routine, so on... End scene.
It didn't work out that way. So, then he didn't know what to do, and that's when he started to make some really weird choices that IMO gave him away. He was a 911 dispatcher, from what I read, and so he knew if he was guilty NOT to make the 911 call. Maybe he weighed dumping the body. Maybe he thought that was too risky, so he just panicked.
Like already been pointed out, nowdays even men with very low sperm count can have children with assisted reproductive technology.
I think child looked a lot like him.
