News feed just showed a couple In Louisana I think it was that left a 6month old in the car at a Walmart for about an hour...she was rescued, fed, changed and cared for....the people (not gonna even call them parents) did not even remember her being in there or so they said....they have other children including a twin of this baby....drugs, drugs, drugs....thank God the kids were removed from where they were found. They walk among us.

I saw that. That was about 20 minutes from where I live. Horrible.
And I can assure y'all, IT'S HOT down here.
Getting in my car after work is next to impossible before it is cranked and the air runs for a bit.

My heart breaks for the innocent babies/children that have to pay for their parents' stupidity.

Thank you. So many talk about how kind he was and how happy he was to be a father. Seems it would be very out of character if this was intentional.
You're welcome. I hope you picked up on the more important points of the post regarding security guards, swiping in and out, etc...

By the way, Ted Bundy (see post above) was kind, happy, and an all around great guy too. Until he wasn't.

I really don't think they knew, at that particular point. They had clarified later on (I am looking for the link) that they did now know he was in the car. I suspect that they were corroborating his statement about chikfila, but obviously don't know that for a fact.

Yes I keep having trouble with this part too. I asked at one point and someone referred me to the original arrest warrant -- however that was issued the day of his arrest. Two days later is when LE stated they couldn't confirm whether Cooper was in the car at 9:00 as originally claimed by Harris (which threw CFA into speculation).

I have looked and looked and cannot find and CONFIRM whether it has since been cleared up -- since so many "new" media links recap old information, I'm not sure what is what and if I'm just totally missing it... so I've stepped away from trying for awhile

If any "jostling" occurred, it may have helped release toxic gases, from either end, that were building up inside his body.

When a person dies, their eyes will likely remain open and must be manually closed. Their lower jaw naturally will drop open; especially with the report that as Cooper was placed on the pavement of the hot road, his tiny body remained stiffened from rigor in the sitting position as if he were still in his little carseat.

Liquids begin leaking out of most all orifices during the child's death as special enzymes began breaking down cells when his body was dying without Oxygen and going into rigor because by this time Cooper had petechial hemorrhage in his heart and lungs from gasping for each hot breath of air he could get. That is what I expect the AR to reveal. Suffocation. In the heat.

Urine was released at TOD. Ditto for feces. The child had prob just eaten at ChikFilet and regurgitated that food during his heatstroke. The precious little boy suffered immeasurably. There is no doubt in my mind that he did not go quietly. Cooper likely became terrified, angry and felt betrayed.

Wasn't he feverish from teething? Sweet Baby Boy already did not feel well. 22 month old Cooper would have raged against dying in the heat until his little body collapsed with heat exhaustion.

Within one hour, Cooper was already getting far too hot because the interior temp has already reached beyond 123 degrees. The interior of the vehicle where Cooper sat all day would be appx 130 degrees by the time Justin Harris returned to his vehicle 7 hours later.

Being a licensed dietician takes a degree and a very rigorous one at that. Likely a Bachelor in Nutrition. Its a biology degree and its not easy. If she is licensed and practicing she graduated and then likely took a board exam to get her state license.

I didn't know. My daughter is licensed as a Veterinary Assistant, but has not got an AA or any other "degree", she took what is called a "Certificate Program".

Asking someone else to call 911 could be out of consciousness of guilt. 911 calls are usually admitted at trial. By getting someone else to make it, his demeanor and words on the call were avoided. What this jerk didn't expect was the negative opinions of people who were there which are far more damaging than any performance on a 911 call.

One of the articles at the Daily Mail actually said RH did call 911.

It is all very confusing.

Not very often, really.

There are very few cases where people are fooled by murderers - besides acquaintances I mean

I know it's been said here that Harris must be a narcissist - but wives KNOW that. Acquaintances don't - but close family and wives do.

If someone is roundly beloved by family and live long friends, you can believe it. IMHO.

Well, we certainly can't ask all the wives who have been murdered by their narcissist husbands, if they knew.

I wonder if we will get to hear the 911 call?

Whew.... very much a challenge to keep up.

BBM for focus
I guess they see what else was viewed/searched for during that session, as well as who was home/work, etc at that time? If they were together, and nothing stands out in the history, it may be very difficult to ascertain whom was on the computer

I think that forensic investigators will be able to determine patterns and will have a very good handle on who was doing searches.... my opinion only.

Cameras will be allowed inside the courtroom for Thursday's hearing. HLN will bring you live coverage starting at 1:30 p.m. ET.

This is excellent. In the past few years, Metro Atlanta area Courts have proved to be willing to allow cams in the courtrooms on high profile cases. I appreciate Judges allowing a way for the public to see and hear the court processes. We should have some questions answered on Thursday.

Does anyone know the attorney that is officially representing R H?

He also didn't expect law enforcement personnel to arrive so quickly. They just happened to be in the area. So, if his voice was possibly disingenuine, he knew they could pick that apart off the 911 call. He did work in dispatch for LE at one point.

The security guards, cameras and swiping to me was no surprise as he works for HD. And I think his location was the main headquarters. It is one of the largest corporations in the US.

bbm, I know someone that was/is roundly beloved by family that sits in jail waiting for trial for 1st degree sex offense w/a minor, his daughter. Everyone was/is still in shock. He faces the death penalty, I hope he gets it for doing that to her.

No he wasn't. I don't think many thought he was THAT weird that he would murder so many women, but not many people had nice things to say about him, expressed any surprise whatsoever, and he had no family or friends attend his court appearances. The nicest thing that was said about him in this article is that he was "generally liked" in school but too awkward to function socially.

It's an interesting thing to think that someone could be a monster and keep it hidden, but in fact, it doesn't happen. You just don't get murderers with a throng of well-adjusted normal people standing there saying that can't be true.

That's one of the most ridiculous statements I've ever heard. Look up Gary Ridgway. His wife said

She found a man she adored and wanted to spend the rest of her life with. Two years later they moved in together, a year after that they were married.
'He made me smile everyday. I had the perfect husband, perfect life. I absolutely adored him.'
