How could he eat?!!???
I know, considering he had just eaten at CFA. But he is a big guy.

can't see the camera either -- just seems the line of sight is correct to think that she's the photographer

Yes. And some are pointing out that they don't "see a camera." In this day in age, while taking daily life candids, people don't put a camera up to their faces anymore. They hold an iPhone or a smartphone in front of the object they are photographing. Judging from the warrant, and objects seized, they were an "Apple Family" and used Apple products. And it doesn't even have to be an iPhone it can be any smart phone camera, and she wouldn't be holding it up to her face.
I meant, from a pro-not-an-accident stance. Knowing his child was in his car, dead or dying...how could he eat????
That is either proof it was an accident, and he had no idea; or he is a very cold-hearted person.
First post here, though I've been reading here for a while.
I guess Georgia doesn't have a law (yet) about leaving children unattended in cars - I assumed all states would. I live in Texas. Leaving a child in a car unattended is not only very dangerous, it is illegal. I was surprised when I looked online to see what Georgia's law might be.
Only 19 states have laws that make it illegal to leave a child unattended in a vehicle:

the lamp/picture/reflection or taped thing is not productive IMO. I am off to check on some other cases. I believe the image to be a reflection but for the life of me cannot figure out why it matters??
will check back in a bit. REALLY HOPEFUL THAT NEW INFO WILL BE COMING OUT TODAY OR TOMORROW.

CCmakes3....I am nominating your response for Post of the Day!!!
I DID laugh out loud! And people are paying $60,000 a year in tuition somewhere ....to have a professor demonstrate to their offspring...that there is a grave threat of a developing classroom bias against silent, non-reactive loners who come to class everyday with bags over their heads. A new victim group!
This is hilarious!!

I assumed it was her in front of the sonogram. That would make sense, right?
I cannot keep my mouth shut any longer. This is ridiculous and insulting. I am willing to bet there are far more murders in other religions such as Muslim "honor killings" and Hinduism "dowry murders" than in the Mormon community. Don't you think it would be a little insulting to call them "Muslim divorce" or "Hindu divorce?" This really needs to stop. Thank you.
Welcome!
And, that's insane! ETA: proud to see my state included!
Not that it is relevant at all to this case, but I do find the experiment interesting. It is a social experiment, social research, which I love. Group think as well. And another poster pointed out that we are wired to read faces in a primal way and when we can't, we do not like it and often have visceral creeped out reactions. No matter how weird it may sound, we find out a lot about human behavior and group dynamics from social research. I always find it fascinating.
