That could still be his carseat. The chart I showed yesterday gave an average of 23-27 pounds at 21 months. Height 32 - 34 inches. Cooper could be on the shorter side.

And in the other vehicle might be a different carseat, or could be this one.

Do we know if they have another vehicle? They probably do, I'm just wondering if that has been confirmed yet.

I wonder if it's red.

I have to wonder what will happen when they really rip apart the cell phones, comps and anything else electronic they have. I really wish they would have waited until there was time to do all that before arresting him. To me it seems to be a rush to arrest and not a well thought out case.

I'm curious too about the cell phone. I know my iphone can pim point whereI'm standing in the yard. I have the mapmywalk app that uses the GPS so I can keep up with how far I jog/walk and time it takes. It will be interesting to see if they can get GPS locationsoff of it. Like if he walked over to a window in the building to look out and see his car....Just food for thought.

Also on an iphone 5s you can spotlight search. If you drag your finger down anywhere on the screen a search function pops up at the top. You can type in a word and it will up text (even deleted ones), web pages, apps extra that that word has been used in. It a function that sucks for cheating spouses. lol

People don't realize even if you delete it, it never actually goes away.

That is one of my big questions. Looks bad for RH if this is her vehicle and they switched due to the car seat being in it.

My concern with the window tinting is if he should have seen him in the afternoon. It's one thing if he walked forward away from the car and then back, but if he walked from the back of the car he should have seen him.

I'm also curious if they can get pictures of how he parked and where he parked that day. It would be VERY compelling to me as a juror if I felt that he had changed to park out in the sun (away from the tree) that day, or changed the direction and orientation of how he pulled into the spot.

I have tinting in the back of my van and I can not see if there are kids in the car seats.

I just tried the search thing and it didn't work for me. I typed in a few items I searched for, and then cleaned my safari. I am sure it is still somewhere on my phone. Nothing is gone forever.

I am being nit picky, I know, but Cooper looks much younger in that car sear picture than in some of the more recent ones.

that is interesting. I'm betting they have CCTV for that day. Homedepot is huge company like the one I work for. We have CCTV on all floors of our parking garage at this location. Also on the outside of the buildings where we have parking lots instead of garages. Also our company has a reverse first parking rule. All vehicles must be backed in. Some really bright (I doubt it) person did a study and states it is safer to reverse park. So now we must abide by this ridiculousness. I know other companies within our field require it. homedepot may also.....just more food for thought

You have a different car. I'll wait for blue22. Thanks.

Think we can talk her jnto buying that car seat and putting it in the middle back seat?

Exactly. I think if he was using it that day, he would have come a lot closer to the top. His head would be resting higher, on the grey material, and his legs would have been bent.

I was just looking for toddlers sitting in the carseat. All these babies makes me want to snuggle with one. I would snuggle with my 6 year old, but we are hot today, no a/c here.

That's interesting, I didn't know that. Ultimately we're going to see what's on the CCTV and I bet it reveals a lot more than people expect. When this first happened on page like TWO of the first thread, when they arrested him right away I said "they caught him looking at the back of the car" And voila, lunch break.

If he walks up to the FRONT of the car and opens the door it's possible he wouldn't have seen him, or thought of him. But coming from the back I have an idea that they will actually have video of him looking in the back car window, then deliberately realizing the child is still alive and covering up his actions in a weird way.

We'll see

But I'm betting even if we get that we're going to hear excuses "Come on! It was a SUNNY DAY! The sun was in his eyes, can't you see he forgot his sunglasses? He always wears his sunglasses, he's wearing them in that facebook selfie, I'm blind without my sunglasses, maybe he wore transitions and he couldn't SEEEEE!!!!"

And he still had a slot to go. I saw some big toddlers sitting in those seats.

Amazing job! Here is his car (sorry for the words overtop). Same wheels and back wiper. I can't see a sticker on the back window though.

I'm catching up so this may already been mentioned-
As crowded as that parking lot is, I'm amazed no one noticed the child. Makes sense as to why he arrived late and left early. You have to wonder how he managed to avoid being caught during lunch hours.... Unless he picked this day because of the food truck? Is there more parking that is somewhat more secluded?

When my son was a baby, I also had a van with back tinted windows, pretty much the same tint as the defendant's vehicle.

I could see everything in the back seat while standing at the driver's door. Everything.

I, too, have been wondering if JRH and LH had another car/vehicle...

And I wonder if there was a car seat in EACH car...
