You're putting me to shame, lol. I SHOULD be cleaning, got out-of-town relatives coming for the holiday, but had to run out and do my shopping and other errands before the hearing. Guess I'll clean after the hearing. Anyway, time to walk my dog and have some lunch. Got HLN on the TV (on mute), looking for the live-stream link, should've bookmarked it before I left. Can somebody please post it again. TIA!!!

Normally I do something each day but It has been crazy and I had to babysit yesterday and then went out to dinner so nothing really got done. Don't think I do this normally. When I am all done I am sitting down to a piece of Double chocolate cake and coffee.

I wanted to clear up a couple of things.

1. Not all children fall asleep because of Benedryl. There are children that actually become hyper after taking it instead. I know this for fact as my 17 year old daughter has NEVER become tired, sleepy, etc from it.

2. Just because Mother is a nutritionist does NOT mean that she, her husband and Cooper always ate healthy foods only at home. How many times has anyone seen an overweight, unhealthy doctor or nurse? Someone that should know better, concerning their weight and health concerns, yet they don't do anything to help themselves. All the while they are at work telling their patients/clients on how to eat, be healthy, etc.

Agreed! Good post. Benedryl can actually make some kids speedy.

And while I really keep my kids eating healthy they are still allowed to eat CFA and McD's. To me it is over all eating that matters.

I think deprived children become bingers.

Good points!

1) - I was like that. Benedryl always hyped me up and made my heart race as a child. Now that I'm older, it knocks me out. Weird I know.

2) - When I was pregnant, I had to go to a nutritionist. She was bigger than me and I was 7-8 months pregnant. So yeah, that's a "do as I say, not as I do" kinda thing.

40 minutes and counting. My heart is in my throat. I'm not expecting a ton of evidence here, since all the prosecution needs to prove is probable cause. It's a much lower standing than the trial's beyond a reasonable doubt.

It is early in the investigation and much of the evidence that will be developed by the time there is a trial is in its most embryonic stage, they will hopefully present at a minimum those facts that led the public comments by LE about the awfulness of the case.

IMHO, whatever comes out in the hearing will have a direct effect on the bail. The worse the facts, the higher the bail. I keep having to remind myself that most people must be given bail, it is their right due to the judicial presumption of innocence of the accused.

I am in GA at work and I just went out to my car to plug my phone in for a bit. I was sitting in my car with the door open (but not running). It was so hot! All I could think of was poor Cooper. I was starting to get uncomfortable and I had my door wide open right next to me. I don't even want to let my imagination go there on how badly he suffered. Oh poor baby. RIP sweet one.

I really hope it's a really, really high bond( I prefer none) . I wouldn't donate :twocents:, I'd rather waste my $$$ on losing instant lotto tickets that donate to his potential bond.
