Not at home, crazy day. I'm sure it's been said, but I don't have time to scroll back. What time is this hearing and who is live streaming? Thanks!

I saw in the NG video I posted up thread that they will most likely only present a bare bones amount of evidence today. Just enough.
She said they do not want to show the defense everything they have yet.

While I don't think we will get a lot of information, hopefully we will get enough to answer some of our nagging questions.

JMO

I don't know why. If you have the evidence and it is truthful, Then present it. Don't hide things to make it look worse than it is to make people hate this man more.
To me some DA's and Prosecutors are just as sneaky as defense lawyers are always being accused of being.

Gruesome details on how Cooper Harris died could be revealed in bond hearing today.

They NEVER lay out their whole case until they have to.
That is not being sneaky. That's being smart.

To lay out your entire case in this hearing would be stupid. JMO

It is still very early in the investigation and a lot of things they have still need to be researched and documented.

I disagree but that is how it works.

He also said the smell of death may not be present until 12- 24hours. Last night. I watched it.. Painfully, I watched it.

Oh, I watched it. I thought he said he didn't know. Then guessed.
That's what I remember anyway.

ETA: Here it is. It was in the link we were talking about.

PETER ODOM, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Dr. Manion, would there be a smell of decomposition or other smell in the car after the child died in this manner, after seven hours, would you expect to find that?

MANION: That`s a tough question. I`m not sure, to be honest. I certainly think within 12 hours, 24 hours, certainly. But I`m not sure at seven

I know, that's in my post above. Did you read it?

Oh, I don't hate Nancy. In many ways she amuses me and she is one of the very few people on TV who ever even mentions missing people. But I do find her way of labeling and nicknaming criminals a bit annoying. I would prefer that she just call them by their given names. The nicknaming thing is just a little too sensationalist for me.

I think she FORGETS. I just watched a video in which she referred to Ross Cooper.

Well, I haven't been called a youngster in a long long time, maybe 50 years, but I'll take whatever I can get!

To me, it looks like two hour hands and one minute hand, but I've never been the brightest bulb on the tree. :truce:

You and nurse are correct I believe and I was wrong lol . Blaming it on my little phone screen  and of course it is too late to edit my post :tantrum:

Since computer forensics can take a while and the couple have already told investigators they did the search prior to Cooper's death I'm not sure this hard evidence has to come in today. Its not be contested by the defense. I won't be surprised if time and date isn't confirmed for the searches today.

I know :sigh: but hope springs eternal

Well, at least she's not calling him Hot Tot Dad (no disrespect intended except to NG, even though I kinda like her).

So I'm still thinking no decomp smell in car. If RH went in a 9:30 and poor Cooper passed at 10:30am that would make him deceased for an hour and 1/2 at lunch and 5 1/2 hours by the time Ross got back into the car. If an MD can't say there would be a smell of decomp in 7 hours I'm assuming the smell that" stunk to high heavens" was a cooked dirty diaper. That would be rank. I would be that's what made RH turn around and look. No way with the car seat that close he wouldn't have smelled the diaper and or vomit if there was any.

This morning she called him Justin harris cooper and Ross cooper on GMA.

I am sure she has a lot on her plate and her mind. But at least get the names right.

Yes, that's correct and also in my previous post. I wish people would read before they knee-jerk react. lol

Of course this MD wasn't at the scene. We will have to see what the official statement from officers at the scene ends up being with regard to smell.

Not to toot my own horn, but I haven't been wrong yet

It must be my cape, it's red, Coopers favorite color, and you can see it in my profile pic
