Right.. I could see where abrasions on the back of the head might be caused by attempts at CPR in the parking lot. But, not the facial scratches. Nevertheless, we can be pretty certain that the poor child must have struggled. :anguish:

I don't think so. They would not put the baby on the concrete to do CPR.

Actually Harris did put Cooper on the concrete to try to do CPR. This was said to LE by the witnesses that were there on scene.

Two additional things (other than all of the horrifying details) that occurred to me during the hearing.

1) There doesn't appear to be much work getting done on the Home Depot web site for all the people working on it.

2) They really couldn't find anyone to say anything bad about this guy until today?? Really??

Only cried when his brother talked about HIM, hmm? Everything was about HIM.
He tortured his baby to death and got off on it because it satisfied HIS desires.
But even though his kid is dead he can get a tear because his brother gave HIM a compliment.

Makes me sick!

And the family, wow, I could really feel bad for them in this situation but the grandmother crossed the line if she called the judge an SOB.

More concern for RH and not for the child. Everyone seems to be concerned about the murderers in this case and not that poor baby, smh.

yes says it all for me

I assumed they would need a hard surface. Was there soft ground there..? I didn't know.

Can't think of her name.. the one you like. She said his death was to cover up for other crimes.

anyone else would have torn off his own shirt to place under him that concrete asphalt would have been scorching

Psychopaths are good at fooling people, though...

Has anyone seen any media reporting Leanna leaving the courthouse? Did anyone in the media ask her any questions? Did she or the family make any statements?

Except he did not do any CPR... he was "fiddling around" according to the witness who did perform CPR...

IMO no. The reason I say this is Harris is not a "catch". Harris does not have a fantastic job, doesn't have lots of money, hell he wasn't even faithful to her. Leanna is a college educated woman. A woman that has close friends and family. She was not a stay at home mom who depended on Harris to support her. She worked as well.

Leanna's own words, at the day care and when she reunited with Harris, say it all. She knew what he had done but was worried that he would throw her under the bus as well.

MOO

She might be all those things but I am not sure she feels all those things. Look at what she says Cooper is not missing out on since he is in heaven.

Everything that came out in court today was hashed out here in the threads. Some of the theories discussed didn't pan out but some, including a few wild thoughts, turned out to accurate.

To me anyway, that says:

1. The process of churning known information and speculation over and over collectively by a large number of people works pretty well. :websleuther:
2. Many criminals aren't as smart as they think.

3. Most crimes are predictable when inspected closely enough.

Good job y'all! :loveyou:

Waiting to see if RH gets a plea deal.

:moo:

Didn't I see stuff about the Reddit comments on here? I thought I had seen something and hadn't been able to find the original post about them

You put people in need of CPR on the first available hard surface- concrete or not.

I once helped with an attempted resuscitation of a 2 year old who had been accidentally run over by her father in the driveway. Father attempted to take LEs gun from the officer in order to kill himself when he found out the child would not survive. He never said one SYLLABLE about himself/ poor me/ why me. He mourned his child and then tried to punish himself for this tragic accident. (And it was an accident)

off and on for 2 years according to Leanna's post

ETA: he post was made in 2012

thanks.

Pure speculation on my part - he will use this as part of his defence.
A type of festering roid rage.

Geez.... Now I know why the site is so difficult to use!

Please don't get me started on her funeral speech "for Cooper". I've been on WS since 2009 without a TO, however if I have to talk about what I think of Leanna's "performance" at Cooper's funeral, I KNOW I will get my first.
