I don't believe he was her killer. In the press conferences announcing his capture, they keep changing the location where he was apprehended. They flip between Cobb County and that same area where Trinh was murdered. Atlanta area press aided in the investigation by providing nearby CCTV footage of the shooter:

Atlanta PD then sits on the footage for some reason, finally submitting a chopped-up clip to release to the public:

I have a theory but I'll save it. None of what the police claim will hold water though. The deeper you dig the more it stinks. Here is their announcement for laughs. Very inconsistent.

Raylon Browning, 39, was scheduled to appear in the Fulton County courthouse at 9:30 a.m., but was deemed "mentally unfit" to appear in court Thursday. Browning is accused by police of shooting and killing 40-year-old Trinh Huynh while she was walking to work

Accused Midtown shooter indicted in Atlanta lawyer’s murder

The man accused of killing an Atlanta attorney in Midtown and shooting two construction workers in a two-day crime spree was indicted Wednesday on murder, assault and weapons charges, according to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

Raylon Browning is accused of killing Trinh Huynh as she walked along the intersection of Peachtree Street and Peachtree Place early April 3. Browning allegedly shot Huynh from behind.

Police aren't releasing a motive but they believe Huynh was targeted.

He's also facing a battery charge for punching an inmate in the face.

A search of the Fulton County, Georgia Sheriff's website shows that Raylon Lee Browning in still in jail awaiting trial on several charges including murder.

His current inmate number is 1081312
