where was she last seen? why shorts in winter? so little info.

years ago in this time frame and this area, at night, i stopped for gas and was headed back to SR99 and saw a man and woman fighting and he was trying to make her get ina truck. i called 911 and reported it and did not stop. its unlikely that it is this, but makes you wonder.
