Circumstances of Disappearance
An officer attempted to make contact with the missing person due to riding a bicycle near closed businesses. The subject fled from the officer on his bicycle. He then jumped from his bicycle and began to run from the officer. Due to the darkness, the subject did not see a large drop off into a creek. The creek was above normal level due to the recent rains. The officer heard the subject yell for help, but was unable to see/locate him.

<<Police walked along the banks of Touby Run, but didn't see any sign of Warner. Weather conditions at the time were too bad for divers or a police helicopter to search. Warner can't swim and is presumed to have drowned in the creek, but his body has never been recovered.>>
