Circumstances of Disappearance
An officer attempted to make contact with the missing person due to riding a bicycle near closed businesses. The subject fled from the officer on his bicycle. He then jumped from his bicycle and began to run from the officer. Due to the darkness, the subject did not see a large drop off into a creek. The creek was above normal level due to the recent rains. The officer heard the subject yell for help, but was unable to see/locate him.
