New post by Ann Brocklehurst. http://www.annrbrocklehurst.com/201...ade-ebay-purchases-from-u-s-holster-firm.html

His most recent feedback was for a "Barsony Brown Leather Concealment Shoulder Holster Walther PP PPK PPKS 380 22 32".

Makes me rethink how TB was subdued.

Barsony Brown Leather Concealment Shoulder Holster Walther PP PPK PPKS 380 22 32 | eBay

This purchase was from October of 2012.

Gotta love AB, when info gets slow from MSM, you can count on her to give us something new to sleuth! The date of the October 2012 'concealment shoulder holster' purchase is suspiciously close to WM's untimely death IMO, especially when he died of gunshot wounds. The more we learn about DM, the guiltier he looks JMO. :jail:

I wonder if he was wearing something like this when he had his business meeting with AS?? :scared: IMO, something like this may not be rare South of the Border, but here in Canada, it's kind of unusual. JMHO

Excellent AB .... I had gone thru most of DM ebay purchases and did not catch the holster description .... what I found strange were so many purchases seemed "girly" to me and wondered if it was actually "our" DM

I wonder how someone's eBay purchases become public information, would someone have to hack into their account?

Not at all ... if you are an ebay member and know the other ebay member's name, you can check their positive or negative feedback as both a buyer and a seller, and item descriptions are contained in the individual feedback.

As far as holsters .... I would have guessed for a taser ... not a handgun

Other than the strawberry charm and the plush animals, it's a couple of Chevy Nova models, a DVD player, iphone case, bath fixtures.

This airplane model is specifically a Millardair plane: http://www.ebay.com/itm/C-117-Milla...plane-Wood-Model-Free-Shipping-/160716243559?

The only pistols that are listed to fit that holster are Restricted or Prohibited inside Canada.

Meaning, the civilian person authorized to posses the firearm that fits that holster would be "grandfathered" to posses the Prohibited or has a valid RPAL from the RCMP to posses and/or acquire the Restricted.

Me too, per my post below.

I seriously doubt DM has or had a firearms PAL(Possession and Acquisition License.)

Just to beat the others to it:

Maybe this is another part of the elaborate frame.

Maybe his "Walther" and "S&W" are models that he and his friends used to play cops and robbers at the party pad.

OC was after him and he knew that TPS wouldn't help prevent or investigate his disappearance.

There's always the "I didn't know the gun was loaded" defence? :floorlaugh:

Agreed .... yet does anyone know if it was a handgun WM used ? It Would be interesting to know.

One (civilian) (legal) (handgun) category is sometimes used by northern pilots and trappers (bush pilot ) for protection and survival in case of a forced landing etc.

I could see CM maybe doing that back in his era .... not DM so much (doubt he would qualify)

If "they" were after him, his effort wouldn't matter. Nor would it matter where he was or who was there with him.

Margo Compton case comes to mind from long ago.

In the real world there's not a lot of screenplay, elaborate planning, plotting and effort put into a gang/oc type retaliation/hit/murder.

There was however some "honor" wrt kids until Ms Compton. IIRC the Aryan Brotherhood even turned down the contract because of the twins.

Agreed. I'd have to check, however last I remember it was still the law and mandatory for bush flights originating in Alaska. Of course that caused issues with cross border bush flights into the Yukon and BC(in the more recent years)

There is a clause in CDN Law where an executor of an estate can take possession of firearms without a PAL or a RPAL...... I will say "IMO" because I don't have time to find the exact link/wording.

Here's the link I referenced on executor receiving and possessing firearms from estate.

While estate law may vary from province to province, an executor generally has the same rights the deceased had to possess firearms, while the estate is being settled. Even if an individual is not personally licensed to possess firearms, they can possess a firearm left in an estate for a reasonable amount of time while the estate is being settled.

LOL, you know these framers have been working on their plan for a very long time!

Acknowledged .... then there is the "girly stuff" like below .... could be for gifts ...

That's the wrong eBay account - that user is from the UK and the "girly" case in question was purchased two weeks ago.

I agree. My brothers were members of a motorcycle club ("retired" for a couple of decades now). They claim no knowledge of murder in their time but there were a lot of beatings. They laugh at the thought that any current MC would add the option of "we'll frame him and send him to jail" between a beating and murder for retaliation or takeover purposes.

Assume for a moment that DM had a gun or a taser and had produced in in TB's truck to encourage TB to get out and leave.

Would you really want to fire a taser in the close quarters of the truck? Don't they have long leads that could end up anywhere including on you, especially in the case of a struggle?

Correct ... thus my saying earlier

but my posts were fragmented and vague ... sorry about that cansleuther .... now i will say it properly ...... A (verified) username attributed to DM (somewhere other than ebay) was also used as an ebay username but it turns out it is in the UK and has been active since DM was incarcerated so it cannot be "our DM" .... its just a coincidence the usernames were the same
