I wonder about the excessive crying. Day One it seemed appropriate given that people were grieving for Reeva. Yesterday, it seemed OP was grieving his plight.

yesterday, the prosecutor implied they would get to why reeva was behind a locked door. i will be listening closely for what, if anything, that comes out from social media or SMS messages.

He APPARENTLY used the cricket bat to break down the door, but in his affidavid, he kicked the door down-yes we know what he meant but the prosecution will turn it and use it against him. I never knew you could kick a door down using your plastic prosthetic legs.

There are more holes in this story than a sieve. did the dogs bark, why was his bedroom door being locked relevant ? just unlock it. why are u sleeping with the balcony door open if youre scared due to death threats. why when you supposedly broke open the door did you first note a key lying on the floor and not the body of the person you were shooting at.

why would your girlfriend who just slipped into the loo in the middle of the night lock the door??? why would an intruder lock the door.

And why did he not think his g/f could be the one in the bathroom? He gets a gun from under that same bed she was sleeping in, he never bothers to check if she is in there?
If people were shooting at bathrooms in the middle of the night because they heard a noise, there'd be a lot less of people left.

Nel says the accused's actions and phone calls on the night indicate pre-planning. He says there was a "deliberate aiming of shots at the toilet from about 1.5m". He says Steenkamp was shot on the right side of her body and this is part of the state's case that this was premeditated murder.

Pistorius's lawyer, Roux, is satisfied with these statements and the hearing moves on to call investigating officer Hilton Botha.

Nel says the state (the prosecution) will indicate the deliberate firing of shots.

The prosecution is in possession of a statement indicating there was an argument, Nel says.

He says he will submit a witness statement to the effect that a woman heard non-stop fighting between 2am and 3am on the morning of Reeva Steenkamp's death.

Steenkamp was dressed when she was shot, he says.
