A couple of pages back I had him pegged as a liar and a viscious murderer. Now.....not so much.

Guess I haven't had enough coffee yet as I am more confused then ever.

Lola, I agree about the tabloids. What a mess, but not as bad as a case in Italy I tried to follow. Italy really sensationalized and embellished the stories. Not to mention our own cases where a few words get turned into a story, but it never went as the reporter stated, b/c it was just a few words that were given. I guess OP will have people working on suing them all once he is sentenced.

This is all too sad and I just don't feel that OP is genuine...

I thought the body purged itself of urine and feces when you die? Which would make that question moot in Court...

She wasnt sitting on the loo, she was shot in her right side. My guess,she heard OP shout intruder, she gets up after the initial confusion etc , locks the door, he hears movement and starts shooting- something like that. Was mentioned this morning too by the defence.

Lawd, this is beyond ridiculous and shameful for SA Police, especially with the entire world watching. Good grief....sounds like the investigator has done squat except form opinions instead of doing actual investigating!!! Botha is being made to be a laughing stock.

The Today Show is saying it is looking bad for OP. They are stating all that has been updated here, but, they said a neighbor heard shots, a woman scream, more shots. That was a strong sticking point that he knew it was her in the bathroom. That if he shot her even once, she would have screamed, especially if this were an accident.

Neigbour has already been classed as unreliable and its been insinuated that the only screaming heard was Oscars. (he may have been screeching high pitched or something??? )

The first shot could have been to the head, rendering her unconscious immediately...

I still cant get over the investigator...seriously, this is why our crime rate is so high and murderers walk among us!!
