I'm also hunting for the Blade Runner Aussie link..I've been through about 30 pages and still can't find it?? I haven't watched it yet...Plse someone point me in the right direction?

A surprise, as video indicated they lived in a large house, etc.

That piece indicated that attys are voluntering assistance to the parents.

Are civil trials common there after murders for "wrongful death" I believe it's called?
OJ lost the civil trial ($33 million IIRC), but hid/sheltered his assets.

Hope they can sue the 🤬🤬🤬 off him !!!

update: look for post from Mrs G Norris

Well that is precisely what you have been doing each time you tell us we should only base our posts on the rags you are limited to, and not others who state that they got the information from the police.

A few days ago I cited the Fox News story that a Law Professor signed onto--involving bat caused damage to Reeva's head. So many "rigorous people" have gone along with this. No need to bring up such things as "bigfoot"--very telling. I could counter that by all the things that MSM lie about, that lead up to wars and such, that they later apologize for going along with governments, but I won't.

Bottom line I already stated is that until the autopsy report is publicly revealed everything everyone is saying here is specualtion. Some of us though do not tell others that they can't or shouldn't go with certain published reports only the ones they agree with.

Perhaps a mod can come on and tell us what exactly is allowed as far as linking. Can I link things from any news site? Any blog? Others cases has had rules on this so I'm just asking for clarification.

You can link from any mainstream media site. Blogs are sometimes not allowed, but usually only if they are based in rumor and/or not from an official journalist.

I followed the Laci Peterson trial very closely and the tabloids, especially the National Enquirer were very helpful.

I would think that the mere fact that the National Enquirer broke and walloped the MSM over the John Edwards cheating and having a baby out of wedlock while his wife was on her deathbed would have put the idea of their validity to bed.

All the while the MSM was baying that it was only the National Enquirer and refused to cover the story.

Indeed.

.

Well for the record, the sites that some of us linked to RE alleged head fracture or "skull bashed in" were DailyMail in the UK and Fox News in the US.

These are totally mainstream media. With the FoxNews report (on "skull bashed in") having a law Professor--Lis Wiehl--sign onto this aspect.

Ms. Wiehl's bio is at wiki: Lis Wiehl - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, and formerly was an associate professor at University of Washington Law School."

Thank you.

So since we are posting from maistream media, I respectfully request that the mods ask that some posters refrain from mocking other posters whose views on the evidence may differ from theirs, or who cite MSM reports that differ from the MSM reports they cite. Not all MSM are identical--thank goodness.

Thank you.

The hazard sign to the top right of a post is to alert mods to a post that violates policy. Hit it, and you can fill out an explanation of the problem.

OK. Thank you, Natsound.
I only asked this way because the other poster asked for mods, and a mod came right on here.

I noticed that Reggie Perumal, OP's hired pathologist in his interview dispels rumours about the case. He says the reports that RS was pregnant are untrue, also that clumps of OPs hair were found in RS's hand is untrue. Why then didnt he use the interview as an opportunity to quash the persistent claim thats keeps making headlines, that OP crushed RS's skull with a bat, since he apparently attended the autopsy.

I find that strange, even though the IO agreed with the defence at the bail application that the autopsy on RS's body showed 'no sign of defensive wounds, no sign of assault'. But does 'no sign' mean 'definitely no assault'.

Is it possible to know for sure especially with her skull being fractured by a bullet if she had suffered a head injury before being shot or would this take further detailed forensic analysis which may take some time. It was disclosed that the bat found in the bathroom has been sent for forensic testing, so the prosecution might think it could have played some part other than the beating down of the door.*

Oscar Pistorius' reps name substance found in his bedroom

From the Associated Press

February 27, 2013, 12:50 p.m.
"Oscar Pistorius' representatives named the substance found in his bedroom after the shooting death of his girlfriend as Testis compositum on Wednesday and said it is an herbal remedy used “in aid of muscle recovery.”

A product called Testis compositum is also marketed online in both oral and injectable forms as a testosterone booster and a sexual enhancer. Some online retailers also say it can be used to treat tiredness.

Pistorius' lawyers, through his public relations firm, did not give details as to whether the product they named was the same one marketed in the U.S. as a sexual enhancer with pig testicles, pig heart and pig embryo among its ingredients."

Seriously natsound, those ingredients sound dodgy. I'd be afraid to take that in case I woke up one morning with a nose like a hog and a pair of testicles growing on my head.

Oh most definitely. He is now no longer famous for running in the Olympics, he will always be known as the athlete who shot his girlfriend.

Btw, what are thoughts about Reevas family disclosing to the press that they are now in dire financial trouble as Reeva used to support them??
I really hope they don't buckle to pressure and accept any kind of assistance from OP if he offers. I'm not sure how good that would look?

That is so sad. I feel so badly for them, omg. They don't have enough $ to pay next months rent? :(

Sadly for Reeva, Hollywood et al will come calling and will prob pay parents well for movie and book rights.

Even more sadly, they will pay more to OP for this. Except that he would incriminate himself, so...

Does anyone know if SA law has double jeopardy provision?

In USA, you can't be tried twice for the same crime.
If SA has this too, that means if he gets off completely or lightly, he could sell his story for big bucks.

While he may have plenty now, lawyers you know... But I think his father is wealthy?

Going to be numerous movies within the year.

Kelly, well you are right, some people will not watch on moral grounds. But I think the vast majority of even those who believe him guilty will watch the movies.

Might be schadenfreude.
