Last I knew Michelle's case was being discussed under the "Current Crimes" thread.

We don't know if the cops have exculpatory evidence. We know they had unmatched prints in the home. There was a rumor of using a trac phone to make calls to his cell outside the murder timeline.

OK, let's pretend this rumor is true about the trac phone - We now know from the SW that Jason never returned to the hotel (no key or video records) - so, what purpose does using the trac phone serve since his own cell phone couldn't be in the room for him to retrieve? I'm on the fence on wether or not he had help, but with 2 sets of prints at the scene and a rumored untraceable phone call - I don't know - I'm leaning towards the fact that he had help and that is what the hold up is in making an arrest. JMO

The cell could have been hidden behind a tree near the Hampton, not necessarily in the room. Returning from Raleigh to Clintwood would take him 1000' from the hotel.

I don't buy the trac phone rumor. For it to work, he would have had to call his phone after 2 am. Who does that outside of an emergency ?

I have followed this case from the beginning although I have never posted on this forum about it before, only read all the posts.

I believe Jason is guilty and his arrest is taking sooo long. I would love to see justice for Michelle, her family and Cassidy. Her death was SO brutal and Jason so sadistic to kill her and his unborn child. Seeing him smiling and posing in those pics literally makes me feel ill and any woman getting involved with him needs her head testing!

Actually, looking at that last sentence - I've tried really hard to see if that was his complete sentence, or was there more (like a second page or ?) Yes, I realllllyyy want to know if he had more to say about posing with POTUS. Can anyone else tell? My eyes are failing me. grrrr

But, it's good to have all of us back looking at this case for Michelle.
I can't see Jason having the guts to "date" anyone for very long without getting Mommy's approval. You know she'll be distrustful of all of them - she's got too much to risk if Jason blabs to someone outside their little network. JMO, of course.

I can't believe how ugly the guy is and he manages to continue to get women! We all know he doesn't have a heart. They must be desperate...that's all I can say!

So glad you said that ! There is something wrong with that picture. A 30 something male who couldn't keep his trousers zipped when he was married is now out hanging out with his mum tagging about - um NO.

Thankyou jilly You are dead right when you say he is ugly! Michelle was far too good for him. It just seems so wrong that after all this time no one has been charged with that poor woman's murder. Its such a terrible terrible case and the fact that Jason has never even spoken to the Police to help in any way REALLY riles me. I dont know how he can look Cassidy in the face knowing what he did to her mommy

Hi Ciara! Great seeing you here.

This case is hard not to follow, isn't it? Jason Young should be locked up and not out running around, vacationing, and trying to hook up with unsuspecting women!

Yes, I felt ill too seeing those pictures! He's really something isn't he, using his child as a lure!!!:furious:

Continue to hang around here, I have a feeling it's going to get very interesting, and Michelle & Baby Rylan will finally recieve justice they've long deserved!

I have to say, I was impressed reading the search warrants with LE tracking jason's shoes. I still haven't caught up but it sounds like they're being very professional.
I have a feeling they're going to charge Jason one day. He screwed up and it's going to be his downfall.
