I still can't believe that this has gone on so long. And I am baffled. I'll throw out my theories. I really thought I knew right off what happened but do not have a real clue now.

So, IF MC brought harm to Haleigh, I think it was either because she was jealous that she (MC) was not the only "little girl" in RC's life OR she was just ticked off and short tempered due to drug use and/or being "stuck" babysitting (and cleaning up/caring for children) that day/night. Or Haleigh saw MC doing something she might tell her daddy about. Or a combination of any/all of the above. If that is the case, it was murder by abuse (striking, etc. - moo.)
IF RC brought harm to haleigh, I think it was due to anger and drug issues. Anger toward MC and maybe the entire world accompanied by drug/alcohol use which can impair any rational thinking/actions. If this he brought harm to Haleigh it was by striking or maybe a gun. I lean toward striking on that theory.
IF it was anyone else that brought harm to Haleigh, there very well could be firearms involved. Or striking, strangulation, etc.
IF harm was brought to Haleigh via any type of illicit drug, it's possible that might explain the "cleaning." I am not sure if there is any cocaine, meth, etc. involved with any of these people but I have been involved - on the legal side - LOL - of dealing with people that use, sell, etc. these particular drugs and their houses do have "stashes" hidden and out in the open at times. Easily accessed by small children. When impounding vehicles, it is amazing how many infant and toddler carseats are sitting next to a jug of meth. It's sickening.
I really have no solid idea here and these are just my theories today. I wish we had more information and really, really more than anything, wish we had Haleigh laughing and playing. I hope I didn't put anything wrong in this post. If I did, I would like to be given the opportunity to edit or remove my post.

I think he wants justice for Haleigh and wants the person or persons who were involved to be held accountable. Of course like other parents have voiced before when faced with tragedies like this one, he would probably like to kill everyone of them himself.

And imo, justice is coming for this sweet precious child.

Whether it was hyperbole by Ron Cummings to yell and assert that he'd kill the m'fers who "did this" I think it is much like online bullying to keep making statements like this which can only serve to justify an action should someone actually believe that he should live up to his words.

In other words, I don't think people should keep taunting the man with what he said in a state of heightened anxiety.

I think the Cummings clan feel they are far superior to the Croslin clan.....which isn't saying much. From the gutter to the curb isn't that far.....

Sad thing happened in my neighborhood tonite. I six year old little girl was killed in a car accident by a driver going to fast and possibly under the influence of some substance. Horrendous tragedy. The father of the little girl that died as a result of being thrown from the car by the impact was arrested on site. He had nearly beaten the young man who drove the other car to death by the time LE got there.

Not a real point to make here. I am struck by the contrast of the behavior of this man and Ronald Cummings with the loss of their little girls.

IIRC officer 1256 stated Haleigh was last seen at her residence 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago (meaning prior to this 3:27 911 call). From what I am understanding officer 1256 was at Tommy Croslins home unaware of Mistys 911 call until she responded to it. ???

1256 had already been to Green Lane. Dispatch is not privy to the conversation that went on at Green Lane between the officer and family.
If the family was asked--"is there anyone who lives nearby that she might go to if she was scared?" -- a logical question by LE---they would probably say Tommy & Lindsay at 116 Tyler. So we have 2 officers at Green Lane and 1256 says I will go check that address in case she ran there. Leaves other officer at Green Lane and goes to Tommy's.

Dispatch is trying to find out what's going on & "pages" 1256. Because she's back in her vehicle she answers with her current location. Dispatch has no idea that there is a relationship between the 2 addresses. Does that make a little more sense?

My sister had a brain aneurysm that was leaking. She was rushed to a major hospital for surgery.
The Dr. told my Dad she had a 50/50 chance of surviving, so my Dad told the Dr. he had a 50/50 chance of living.
He uttered a death threat in fear. Fear of his daughter dying.

IMO, the people that make comments like that are talking about something that has not happened and they don't really believe ever will. The statemetns are more a generalization than a fact.

However, for someone to make the same statment when something has happened, you have to look at the timing of the statements.

In both cases, the men said that they would kill the person who did it. Did what? They don't know what happened at the point. But they are assuming someone hurt their loved one to a degree that they are angry enough to kill that unknown person and do not care if they end up in jail. They should still be in shock and have hope, not so angry that they are willing to kill.

IMO, they know exactly what happened when they made those statement. It is there way of shouting how innocent they are. An innocent person does not care about shouting their innocence to the world, they are shouting about their missing loved one. That was their lame attempt to misdirect the focus, to get LE to look at someone else, some place else, and not too closely to them.

The most honest part of those statements is that they will go to jail.

Zaha, this is the video! I don't believe we ever saw the reporter, just heard her. About the 911 transcript and what they were talking about, it's never been perfectly clear. I don't know if anyone at LE has told us exactly what went on and why there was the 2:13 am phone call, or why LE was at Tyler that night.

It's always puzzled me. Too much redaction. I want a true, exact copy. The transcript makes it sound like LE was at Tyler when Misty's 911 was made. How could that be?

I can't imagine how LE must be surviving this. It's driving me batty. Maybe I have it all twisted.

IMO...there HAD to have been an earlier call made to the LE to come out to Tyler, could it have been ToC /his wife thought HE should call and report it, then changed his mind, but the LE were already there by then..???? There HAD to be a reason to be said she was seen within her residence 1 -1 1/2 hours before...just my opinion

Well, what officer 1256 is saying is Haleigh was seen at her resident 2:00 - 2:30am ( that is aprox. 1 - 1/2 hours prior to Misty's 3:27 911 call).

We have a neighbour that say she heard screaming at 2:30.

We have the LE saying the first call was at 2:13am.

Am I nuts, or is something really wrong here?

What bother me worse is 1256 responded that Haleigh was last seen 1 - 1 1/2 hours ago... how would she know? She would have asked someone there.. Tommy or LC...

So, is this statement from 1256 saying that Tommy and/or LC was at the MH between 2-2:20am and seen Haleigh there?

Also, since the officer stated this, why is LE using a 7:00 (last seen) timeline?

On the transcript, it doesn't say "Haleigh" was seen, I guess that's why I find it obscure, not forthcoming, I like specifics, that's why the redacted stuff is always highly suspect. Also, why haven't they actually discussed the earlier call, except in vague reference? See? So many secrets. LE knows much more than they are telling.

I've been digging in the archives, the first week, and was reading how one of the posters said they checked someone's My Space and it said..Chelsea used Tommy's phone # to get ahold of her..That they were waiting for their income tax return to help find a place to live..It was B.O.s My Space she was writing to...He claimes he's a "hussler" and would be in town soon, sometime during tax season.. I wonder if he came into town with J.O. or sometime around the same time, I highly doubt it was a vacation with this group of characters. I agree with alot of people that think the 3 weeks before Haleigh went missing needs to be looked at alot closer...I'm beginning to believe that Ron, Jo and Tommy may have done something very sinister to have brought this all on... Ron is known for robbing drug dealers and such..I have to wonder if they messed with the wrong people..or someone was killed...Has Chad Reynolds ever been found??? He 's a S.O. very familiar with Putnam County..
