This is all driving us ..up the wall...with this location of Tyler being responded to by the LE over SOMEONE calling them to go/come out to Tyler...I still feel that Toc/his wife were involved in the calling of the LE..Perhaps this was the ORIGINAL plan for the 911 call...and at the last minute..the plan was changed for Misty to call the 911...Who knows??????
Too bad LE can't interview that dog... I suspect the dog being reported as a nuisance was due to some activiity going on around the dumpster..JMO
Someone looked up the police report on that. It happened later--like at 11 am or 1 pm---it's probably in the same thread about the dispatch.

Are you saying someone reported a dog as being a nuisance after the neighborhood had been swarmed by LE, media, search teams, dogs from all over the area looking for Haleigh? Doesn't make any sense...

I believe the dog was barking on Feb 4th, and they went out there and issued the citation on the 10th. IHNI why they would worry about that on the 10th, when there was a search going on etc, maybe it was scheduled, who knows.
I do not think the barking dog is connected to Haleigh in any way, except maybe the dog did indeed bark that night, but due to the ongoing problem of it barking for hours on end, the neighbors thought nothing of it.

My sister had a brain aneurysm that was leaking. She was rushed to a major hospital for surgery.
The Dr. told my Dad she had a 50/50 chance of surviving, so my Dad told the Dr. he had a 50/50 chance of living.
He uttered a death threat in fear. Fear of his daughter dying.
I have heard many people say "I don't care if I go to prison for the rest of my life. I would kill anyone who molested my child"
I think it's said more often then one may think
I have heard both men and women say it
Could a person have popped off the window in either of the childrens bedrooms and entered the home? The windows on this trailer are situated very low so someone could easily have crawled through a window and unlocked the side doors before they went to grab HaLeigh who was lying just beyond the entrance to the master bedroom.
If two people were involved, one person could have replaced the window after the other perp handed them HaLeigh. If one person committed this crime, they unlocked the side doors after they entered the home. After Misty turned the lights off, the perp knew when it was safe to enter. Jr was in the same bed as Misty and because he had taken a nap during the day, he was alerted to the sound of squeaking floorboards but not Misty because she was tired and sound asleep. The childrens bedrooms are on the opposite side of the trailer and unoccupied so any noise a perp would make during his entry would be minimal. The perp was able to conceal his identity from Jr because it was dark in the bedroom and he faced the wall where HaLeighs mattress was situated during the invasion. He fled through the kitchen and out the back door into the secluded woods. Unfortunately Junior didnt wake up Misty, and when she did, she noticed HaLeigh was gone. This is a very easy home to burglarize and Misty and HaLeigh were easy prey.
Have LE examined other windows of the home to determine whether they were tampered with?
Em I always believed that the call was related to a dog. Lyndsy stated Tommy got up in the middle of the night to take out his dog, often. Or, the dog could have been ticked off because Tommy went out in the middle of the night and didn't take him ( as it's used to). Perhaps LE never got around to checking into the nuisance call until around that time.
Anyway, I have always believed that the dog call was related, something was going on around there and I agree too bad the dog couldn't be interviewed.
Why take a sleeping Haleigh and not an alert JR? What perp would know the occupants were sleeping in the master bedroom, in order to determine that going through a bedroom would be simple access? If stealing a child out of the house was the sole purpose for entering the house, why leave two potential witnesses alive? Misty was alert enough to retell the story of Jr climbing OVER her after she went to bed. Why wouldn't she get up to see what he was doing?
There are too many questions to fill in to make this theory fit, IMO.
