Thanks gngr~snap for posting this. But the part I bolded sounds strange to me. Why would Ron say to go to my house. It was Haleigh's house too. Wouldn't he more easily had said to go to our house or home?
It's little bits of dialog like this that makes this story sound odd or made up. JMO

Ron's typical language is that of possession, so I don't see anything peculiar about saying "my house" as much as I do "her blinker".....and for those with the airbag theories, the problem with that is, I don't think that's an easy clean up. The airbag deploys and destroys the seating it was in to come out, leaving the packing powder residue everywhere. I don't believe we've any reason to believe an airbag deployed in Lindsy's van or Ron's car.

Thanks for making me go back and look at old articles and posts. We still have the same questions now. IE Can you confirm that the AC man saw HaLeigh? (The AC guy is the only one cleared by LE, and there has never been any reference to him having seen Haleigh) I also find it odd that no one has come out and stated that RC was at work or not at work for PDM that night or just to talk about him as a coworker. This is probably because he was at work IMO - The unthinkable happened before RC went to work.

What was RC doing the entire weekend before, when MC was having her party weekend? It definitely sounds like they were breaking up doing the back and forth thing until the final break up. Going back and rereading makes me think there was a lot of fighting weeks before ... Misty was scared of getting kicked out so she tried really hard to get pregnant but did not so she faked it by using a pregancy stick from her sister n law (all rumor but makes sense to me) If Misty could get pregnant easy she would be IMO - all the drugs and sex probably have taken a toll on her... In any case RC was not happy about that. He was furious. He was working for the PDM deal due to the fact that he had these kids and this was not a good thing so he accused her of it being someone elses and he kicked her out on Wednesday. MC was going to get back at RC by having a wild weekend and boy did she.

She came back on Sunday and RC told her to get a condom according to Nay Nay so she went back and did but MC realized she was still really upset with RC so she left and went to her parents and slept. Greg called her and she decided to hang out with him again on Sunday night. RC called her parents and could not find her and realized she was back out and he knew he needed her since he had to go to work. he was fighting with his Mom bc she probably said "I am not babysiting for you everynight so you better get this fixed" but MC never came home that night. Now RC was boiling and he overslept and he was not a happy camper. (This is as close to what happened as one can get, I think. It just. makes. sense. It clears up Misty's odd retelling of the story, since a few of her statements just make NO sense. For instance, how she and Ronald stayed up all night talking [the very words TN used to describe an event she wasn't there for] and then had a sweet breakfast of eggs with the kids before school, and then fit in with the sudden rush to GGM's house for an outfit for Haleigh, to walking her into the school herself.)

He did drop HaLeigh off and if I am not mistaken they had a daycare for jr (Misty states THEY dropped Haleigh at school, and then THEY returned to the MH and laid around and Jr slept, and then they got up at noon, and laid around some more before Ron had to get ready for work, and then Ron went to the bus stop to get Haleigh and Misty and Jr stayed home because Jr was still sleeping.) at least they did when they were all dealing drugs. In any case, RC called MC to come over bc he knew he needed her. (again, according to Misty and TN, she was there. This is just to keep what we've been told aligned with what most likely happened.) This is where I think they slept but when they woke up and the fighting began and than 3PM came .... RC has been rumored to take out guns. MC is coming down from a huge binging drug weekend. Accoring to rumors RC uses drugs heavily. Guns, Drugs, and major fighting ... picking up kids.. Lots of things can happen. ToC, TiC or maybe Jo did the cleanup.. (they are certainly being tied into the story, but I still have to wonder how and WHY) MC was supposed to do the 911 call before RC got home. RC kept calling to make sure everything was getting done like he said and MC was too scared to call 911 on her own they tried once but got scared so she turned off her phone. RC kept to his timeline and when he got home he was so furious that 911 had not been called yet and the whole bunch were all screwed up on drugs... (THIS!!!!! YES!!!)

Okay so It is late and I have had fun with this real possible scenario IMo after reading lots of posts from a year ago.

So one might wonder what the truth is, man what confusing convoluted information. No wonder LE can't make heads or tails of it.

elle, you should have capitalized convoluted. I think this theory is correct. Why would Nay Nay lie to the police, she had nothing to lose and with her record, perhaps she was even cut a deal with her probation or something. Strange though, we haven't heard form her in like forever!

I remember LE once saying that interviewing these players was like interviewing a rock. I can hear the conversation now, Misty slept here that night, no wait, she was here.....wait....what day was that again?

The "expert" didn't mention this, but it's just as often used by truthtellers! The number 3 is the most common number selected between 1 - 10.

I still have a "business" card that someone gave to me almost 40 years ago. On one side it has the numbers 1 - 6 and below it says "Pick a Number". On the flip side of the card it says "Great Lovers always pick #3".

It's an old bar trick and conversation starter. It works because most people pick the number 3 so they are flattered. For the fewer that pick other than 3, then the joke is on them and it's still a conversation starter.

So the "expert" was partially right.

See that's where I have a problem trying to organize my thoughts!. 3 neighbors were interviewed and said MC picked Haleigh up in a blue van and drove away from the MH. Even stated she was in the carpool line fussing about "bad drugs".

Could she have driven to meet Ron... to settle the score so to speak and Ron let Haleigh drive back with him while JR rode with Misty?

Then Ron says he got Haleigh from the bus and Jr and Misty were sleeping.:waitasec:

Just because something hasn't been reported doesn't mean it hasn't happened. Unfortunately, LE doesn't feel obligated (nor should they) to tell us here at WS every little action they take on this case. They owe me no explanation. They owe Crystal Cummings and explanation as to what they are up to and NO ONE else IMO.

Not saying thats how it went down, but could have been. Although, so far, them being locked up hasn't gotten us any closer to Justice For Haleigh.

Ron and Misty have both stated in their jail talks that they'll sit in jail for the time on drug charges, no problem. Ron said he'll get 15 years, it don't matter, and Misty said she'll do 20 years and get out.

Being in jail isn't necessarily proving they'll talk about Haleigh at all.

Nope, you are correct, their being behind bars has not worked to loosen their lips enough for the truth to fall out. But I still believe that was the hope of LE when the drug sting was put in motion.

A failed attempt to put the screws to them. But an attempt nonetheless.

Why would LE owe Crystal Cummings, Ron's sister, an explanation? Are you referring to Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh's biological mother?

I think you might be talking about what Chelsea said on Nancy Grace not too long ago. I think she was recounting what happened at the bus stop that afternoon, rather than in the morning.

Not to mention that came from someone that was "tarred" of babysitting his kids, yet when the jig is up, she's "our daughter"? Her convo on the 911 call was scripted, there's no doubt in MY mind.

I'm glad you brought this up Dodie because from time to time, I've even suspected that the kidnapping was staged because he had to hide Haleigh for reasons ranging from injury to keeping DCF off his back regarding custody due to their involvement in the past with potential abuse, tardiness and absence from school. He didn't want to chance losing one child, or both as a result of his negligence. This would explain his quick recovery from having a child missing yet, we're talking about an addict here so, that takes precedence over everything that affects one emotionally. Deny, deny, deny above all else. "Only God can Judge Me", remember?

As time goes on, my feelings are she's never coming back and it has everything to do with him and the crew his drug world entailed. Serving time for the drug issues isn't punishing him one bit for what role he may have in Haleigh's disappearance and may just be his own way of justifying what has happened here without him ever having to divulge to anyone what really occurred. JMO

I'm beginning to wonder if that flying trip to Welaka wasn't her last. She may have not awaken that morning at all and they were in cover up mode! The attendance record from the school STILL is clear as mud and the reported sighting of Haleigh later that day isn't ironclad yet until I hear it from LE. Witnesses from the protective members of the extended family don't do it for me. Neither do the witnesses at the bus stop IF they were family members. RC and Misty both stating "I picked her up from the bus stop". They can't even get THAT straight!
