General theory thread and motives rehashed #2

Just the fact that no one seemed willing to watch them that night makes me think that Ron may have drugged them and then locked them inside so that he could go to work, meanwhile Teresa was suppose to have shown up but something kept her from showing up so she sent GMS over to check on the children. I think one of the children was unresponsive. Maybe GGMs took Jr. and went to get the nurse in the family. The nurse found that Haleigh had died. GGMS took Jr. home with her and called Teresa. Teresa came up with a plan. Someone in the Cummings family was to come by boat to the dock close to Ron's house and pick up Haleigh. I think that Ron called Tommy to get him to take the illegal drugs, guns and probably pot plants out of the home prior to the 911 call being placed. Tommy got Timmy (and maybe Joe) to come by and pick him up in the van. The pot plants were dropped off near the Mondex pond and at least one of the guns were hidden in the culvert where Ron could pick it up later. Misty finally showed up at around 2:15 am. Tommy and whichever one helped him was there and told her Haleigh was missing. Misty screamed out, neighbor heard it. Misty was seen by a neighbor around that time walking outside and crying on the cell phone. Teresa and Ron forcefully got Misty to go along with the plan. Ron left so that he could stop by the store, supposedly on his way home and Teresa left and parked near the train tracks until she was "officially" called to appear at the home.

This is a good theory and one I've often considered a possiblity. I don't think Haleigh was shot with a gun because then there would be blood and even if they tried to clean it up luminal would detect it and I'm sure that LE checked the MH out. We would no doubt would have heard about that in the media in the beginning and it more than likely wouldn't have been considered a missing child at that point if they had found a large amount of blood in the MH.

This makes the most sense out of any other theories I've seen yet and you're right about TN. She was too well prepared for LE that first morning. Ready to put on the show. I also think she is/was the only one that knows where Haleigh is/was up to that point. By Xmas, I think Ron knew too.

Somewhere deep in the minds of MC and RC there is the belief that each other is responsible therefore they refuse to plead no contest, even though the charges are for different reasons. Neither wants to take the blame to do time. If this theory is the closest to the truth, MC has the least to lose by telling the truth. She may even gain some credibility and do less time because of it. Who knows but the one with the most to lose is RC. If she's ever found (Haleigh), OR if MC ever outs him, he'll go down for the rest of his life. IF he gets the 15 yr. plea deal, she'll still be sitting in there when he walks away. I don't understand why her attorney can't seem to make her understand that.

I understand what you are saying however, I do believe Haleigh was shot and also believe the incident occurred on Magnolia Street where Hank Sr. and Lisa were living at the time... To my knowledge that MH was never checked out for any evidence concerning Haleigh's alleged abduction..... I wasn't even aware of the fact they had ever lived on Magnolia until the Shell Harbor dock fiasco....JMO

I've considered similar theories many times, LT, but a few big questions always stand out: where the he!! was Misty that night? And why has no one come forth to say that they were with her or that they at least saw her somewhere, anywhere, that night? So, she presumably had a night's sleep on Sunday and was still tired, so slept again Monday morning.

She sounds like she had plenty of sleep, so there would be no reason why she would be oblivious to all the activity going on around her in the MH that night.

IMO She was either not at the MH, or she was fully awake and knew exactly what took place.

At first I thought it just might be possible that Misty was sleeping off the effects of her wild weekend, and could have been crashed out that night. But according to her own statement. After she she and RC took Haleigh to school Monday morning, they went back to bed and slept.

So, she presumably had a night's sleep on Sunday and was still tired, so slept again Monday morning.

She sounds like she had plenty of sleep, so there would be no reason why she would be oblivious to all the activity going on around her in the MH that night.

IMO She was either not at the MH, or she was fully awake and knew exactly what took place.

If she was so passed out and tired, she wouldn't have failed a lie detector.

I really don't think Jo or Tommy had anything to do with HaLeigh disappearing, i think that they were involved in the clean up.

Rons family wouldn't leave something like that to people they have only known for a few months... they would make sure it was done right, so no one will find HaLeigh.....

We are talking about the same person I just had a brain drain and couldn't remember her name correctly. Anyway, I thought that she was a nurse or is this one of those bits of information that went round and round and I assumed that it was factual?

And heres the thing. These people are lying about stuff and timelines when the child is known alive and in school! Why? I dont think Misty did come back Sunday night, but they all want us to believe this! I think these stories are invented to take off any speculation that Ronald was mad about her cheating, and its being portrayed they were all fine and his rage did not cause this childs death, because I think the child died as soon as Ron saw Misty for the first time after her big weekend, and Haleigh got into the middle. I just dont see why they are lying about the dynamics between Ron and Misty, and that seems to be the only reason I see for it.

IF so, then why was he still sleeping when HaLeigh supposidly got off the school bus. (the reason Misty gives that Ron picked up HaLeigh from the bus stop was b/c she had to stay home with HR, b/c he was sleeping)

I hear ya. Trying to make sense of NONsense is exhausting. While I keep an open mind on all avenues.. I totally get what you're screaming over there Chablis. It actually makes sense. Im just scratching my head.
Going back to all the mixed up who picked her up from the bus stop, what she wore at school..the spill on her shirt in the morning Details details. Heck we can't even get straight what she was wearing when she went "missing".

BBM. I had the same concern but going from memory Kimster confirmed that she talked to someone who said that she really was there. Oh Gosh I hope so! I hate getting stuff wrong but I really really think so because once she said that I was like...well then ok!
But looking at a copy of the school record it looked altered to me, like some white out or something, like maybe she was marked A for absent and then fixed to P for present. I thought that Ron was having a hard time getting her to school on time and the school had helped him by marking her Present instead of Tardy, the latter of my post is an opinion only.

I have 2 children that are night and day. My oldest would rather sleep than go outside (TV & Video games are his preference... =) and I can't keep the other one in the house, he is more of a jumper and always running around.
But the one that loves to sleep doesnt sleep that much. We are describing ALOT of sleep for what should be a child that has a lot of energy..doing something.
I guess I am more apt to believe that Jr was laying around watching TV instead of really asleep...or maybe he got a dose of Benadryl or something. Thats waaaayy too much sleep for sure. They couldn't exactly suggest that Jr was tearing up the house while they were asleep because child services wouldnt like the way that sounds. JMO

I have 2 children that are night and day. My oldest would rather sleep than go outside (TV & Video games are his preference... =) and I can't keep the other one in the house, he is more of a jumper and always running around.
But the one that loves to sleep doesnt sleep that much. We are describing ALOT of sleep for what should be a child that has a lot of energy..doing something.
I guess I am more apt to believe that Jr was laying around watching TV instead of really asleep...or maybe he got a dose of Benadryl or something. Thats waaaayy too much sleep for sure. The story I think is that the kids were watching two different movies that night, one child in one bedroom, and maybe the other one out in the living room, but they did not watch the movie together, so I think this story is when the disposal of Haleigh was going on and Junior was put in the bedroom not to see what was going on out in the living room. At this time Misty could be in the room with him, so she knows that someone carried Haleigh out, but shes not sure which adult did it, and I do believe Annette and whoever she was with was there to get the child out of the house that night.
