As most of you know, Crystal was not present for this hearing because she wasn’t even aware of it being scheduled.

Why wasn’t she aware? Because the address given to the court for Crystal by Ronald Cummings was, in fact, the address of a process server and NOT CRYSTAL SHEFFIELD!

It is interesting how precise Ron's wording is when he describes Crystal living a life filled with drugs, having drugs around the kids, living with a drug addict, etc.

Given what we now know about Ronald Cummings, it is clear that Ron simply outlined his own lifestyle in that paragraph of the petition and transposed it onto Crystal.

I wonder if there is a way to post these documents in the online photo albums--alongside all those photos that were posted as an attempt to show Ron as Super-Dad.

The ruling issued by R. Mitchell Prugh after this one sided hearing was disastrous and difficult to undo for Crystal and her custody of the children.

The only testimony given was by a father who was out on bond for multiple, serious, drug charges. His allegations regarding Crystal were accepted by the Magistrate without corroboration of any sort.

This is the ruling from R Mitchell Prugh for what I consider to be travesty number one from his court.

How about doing a radio show on these documents? This information really needs to be out there and public knowledge. You do not need to respond to this post; I only ask that you consider this since you have been so determined to have the truth be known.

As a direct result of Crystal’s letter, this Magistrate was forced to hold a rehearing on the custody of the children. He had no choice as his office had clearly sent the original hearing notice to the wrong address which was supplied by Ronald Cummings.

Unfortunately for Crystal, and more importantly for these children, the die was already cast as to this Magistrate’s ruling.

Despite Ronald Cummings prior arrest record, despite Ronald Cummings’ testimony of having taken a 6 month old baby and his sister to Mexico on “vacation”, despite Ronald Cummings being out on bond for a new batch of drug charges, this Magistrate saw fit to take these children away from their mother based SOLELY on what Ronald Cummings had to say with NO corroborating testimony or evidence of any sort!

It is my opinion that this ruling is R Mitchell Prugh’s SECOND travesty in the short life of Haleigh Cummings.

Once again this case has me reduced to tears.

I'm too mad to even cry... I suspect my tears will come when and ONLY when he and members of his family are charged...

I think you are right, NG wouldn't dare cover this judge because it would show that Ron shouldn't have had the children. I was being facetious when I posted (tongue in cheek) that we should send this to NG. I think that she would most likely throw it in the trash can.

This is as far as I'm going with this for now. Out of the hundreds of pages of public records that I obtained, the one's I have posted paint a clear picture of exactly how and why Haleigh Cummings was living with her father and his 17 year old babysitter/girlfriend on February 9, 2009.

It is my opinion that she should have never been placed in that environment to live out the remainder of her short, tragic life.

In my first post tonight, I asked you to please read and remember, particularly, Section II paragraph 3 on the second page of Ronald's petition for custody. I can only wonder if the Honorable R. Mitchell Prugh still agrees with the words contained in the last sentence,

"Children seem to be much healthier and happier now."

After reading these court documents I'm so angry I could burst. Florida Courts have definitely failed both of these children. It is even more amazing that after Haleigh disappeared DCF once again decided that Ronald Cummings was father of the year! Truly mind blowing.

I knew that I had read somewhere that the children were on Medicaid, it was on these documents. So much for Ronald being able to provide health insurance. If the children qualified for Medicaid, then Ron was also receiving a monthly check and most likely EBT/Food stamps as well. That is probably why he made sure he never worked for very long at any one place, ie., he would lose these benefits. Now, he is still living off of the state.:maddening:

Just proves how vindictive RC and TN are. TN helped RC fill out the statement. They used an address they knew without a doubt it was not Crystal's. I am no lawyer but how is that not fraud? But, of course they weren't even considering the children's feelings in not being able to see their mother. This is too infuriating.
