I wonder if they asked him if he left the chldren home alone?

Even if it he was at work, I'd bet at least most of his drugs were in the mh and if the children were alone ---

After over two years I suspect just about eveyone here knows what my theory is as to what happened..And I maintain my stance.
And IMO I doubt seriously Haleigh ever saw the inside of that MH located at 202 Green Lane after she got off that bus that afternoon..JMHO

Em, perhaps you can refresh my memory here... Who was the witness that stated they saw Misty pick up HaLeigh at the bus stop and then drive in the opposite direction of 202 Green Lane? TIA!

Also, LE stated a long time ago that IF a crime had been committed, they didn't know where or when it had been committed.
And IIRC a witness has claimed Ron C knocked on his door during the news hour in the early evening, sometime around 6:00 pm.. As I see it, it's would virtually be impossible for him to be at work and at the same time physically present at someone's house.. I suspect whatever happened to Haleigh occurred before he ever showed up at work..JMHO

The key being Ron said he passed. How ironic is that considering all the other lies he's told.

IMO if a person, or their attorney, makes a public statement themselves regarding their poly, that should be grounds for LE to be able to speak publicly regarding the results also (verify a person's claim that they passed "with flying colors" or deny their claim...).

It was J. Santos.. IIRC. He claims Austin got in that van too.
He is the one who also claims Ron C was driving like a bat out of hell on the morning of the 9th and barely missed hitting several children waiting for the school bus..JMHO

I thought that for awhile but more recent events have almost killed that theory for me.

First of all, no forced entry does not mean someone did not enter. There is no proof all doors were locked; Ron claiming he locked the doors doesn't mean much considering someone else could have unclocked them. If that's the case Haleigh may or may not have gotten out, but certainly someone else could have gotten in...someone who knew one or both kids were sometimes left unsupervised (as I suspect they were).

I believe one or more of the players would have come clean by now if this is what happened. Anyone who lies outright or lies by omission has some kind of motive to do so and the longer they keep that up the stronger their motive appears. To me, the longer they don't tell, the guiltier they look.

Ya know folks, I dont think anyone of these characters will tell anything. I think they will rot in jail on their drug charges never uttering a single word about this poor little girl.

One day a camper or someone walking thru the woods or boating on the canal will find the remains of Little haleigh and then she can be laid to rest.

This is usually how these little ones are found by happenstance!

Sad to say i totally agree with everything you said. I wish Haleigh was alive.
Im just not so sure who is responsible for what!
There are so many different versions of what happend that night and you just cant believe anyone of them.
One will lie and the others will swear to it!
Their stories changed every day.

Rons lie about the door being broken in with a crowbar makes me rule out his innocence.

TN's refusal to say why she was so worried she sent her mom over to the best babysitter/gf house to check on the kids and GGMS never saying why she was worried enough to go check makes me doubt their stories.
