I really don't know.. I'm somewhat inclined to believe Jr may have been with AS or KB..
It has been revealed TN asked Misty to babysit that night and she didn't want to but did agree to do so IF it was ok with Ronald... I'm thinking TN never got a clearance from her son..My theory is Ron C went after Misty or whoever when they picked up Haleigh from the bus stop.. And when he caught up with her all hell broke loose and Haleigh, unfortunately paid the ultimate price...And I suspect all of this happend not too long after Haleigh got off the school bus..JMHO

I remember that she didnt want to babysit that night she was all hungover and tired and such from a three day binge.

I think Ron as Peeeved cause Misty was missing for three days and out with white boy. Then he didnt want Misty having anything to do with the children.. you may be on to something there EM.

Could this AC guy havfe unlocked the back door to check the unit outside and forgot to relock it and Misty never rechecked it? Allowing Little Haleigh to wander off outside after finding herself alone in the middle of the night?

Could Misty have given the kids something to put them to sleep? then sneak out to Partay?

Who knows? Could be, but that is not what I think happened..I seriously doubt Misty was doing any partying that night.. Certainly not with a deceased child on her hands and a boyffriend who hightailed it in to work in order to have an alibi and set her up to take the fall.....JMHO

I seriously doubt misty wanted to babysit the children once rc went on nightshift. IMO, she laid down the law and flew the coop. We have been served this 3-day binge ad nauseum. I suggest she left 2 weeks prior.

Tn said he started the night shift 3 weeks prior. Her pronenes to drama will lead me to say maybe two weeks. Considering we all have heard KP say he brought the children to work at night, this leads me to believe my suspicion may be right-on.

IMO, there is never going to be confession. Unless we figure out where they buried/dumped this precious baby's body, this case will never get solved. Maybe I'm being overly pessimistic tonight but I am not willing & ready to simply accept sitting back and waiting for someone to grow a GD conscious!

I'd love to know, IF Tim Miller were to be invited back to search (I know, never gonna happen...), what areas he would pursue searching first. Does anyone know if there is a map anywhere showing the areas that were already searched/cleared?

u have a really good point there.. at 17, i'm sure her attraction to Ron wasn't babysitting the kids at night.
she clearly liked to party and when ron went on the night shift, that put a damper on her lifestyle.

If little Haleigh had been missing since getting off the school bus she could be anywhere. They would not leave her locally to be found. She could be in the sarasota area thats like a 3 hr ride each way... or maybe toward jacksonville they have alot of hours to fill...and could have driven her anywhere!

I live in florida and you have no idea how much undeveloped land there is
its a huge STATE FILLED WITH SWAMPS CANALS FOILAGE TREES BRUSH anyone could hide a body and it would never be found. Not to mention the
snakes the bobcats gators coyotes and fox.....

Chelsea C, stated on national tv she believed the BIG FIGHT between Ron C and Misty at around 8:30 that night was over what to do with Haleigh's remains.... After that fight, Misty turned her phone off...Ron C's attorney stated Ron C called Tommy around 9:00 PM.. (AH stated Ron C called Tommy over at Tommy's parent's house) IIRC and I may be wrong but Chelsey claimed Tommy called Jo around 10:00 pm..
IIRC..Jo claims Tommy called Timmy around 10:00 pm and Chelsea and Timmy left in the van. Jo claims he stayed at home to babysit the kids...So who really knows who is telling the truth there.. IMO Chelsea has made some comments that could very well be true, some I suspect she has lied about in order to protect herself and her husband.

So yes, I do believe the Croslins are involved with helping out that night..
I also believe Haleigh was placed in or under that dumpster close to Tommy's house for a period of time until Ron C could make other arrangements to dispose of her body..JMHO

that phone timeline makes a lot of sense.. i think you're onto something. when you put it like that, it really shows how they can all be caught up in this mess

i don't think Ron worked those 3 days.. but if he did, i would say Annette helped out a lot and there was also a rumor that he kept the kids in his car at his job sometimes
