When a light gets turned on, isnt there record of that via a bill? Wouldnt it start charging the moment it was turned on?

i don't know that FPL (the electric co in FL) can break down the bill like that. It usually just shows the amount of electric generated to that home for that month.

Also, anything that is plugged into an outlet will generate electric regardless if it is turned on.

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh: Probably also has a very exaggerated imagination as well! Maybe "stretching the truth" might be appropriate description. LOL

Delirious!

In regards to the "I just woke up" comment from Misty, Ron could have asked her what took her so long to get to the MH. IMO I think it took all night just to find Misty and to get her to go over to the MH. Heck, she could have been at her parents house passed out. I imagine that he would have been pretty pizzzed off that Misty was not there and had not made the 911 call prior to him arriving on the scene. IMO Ron really did not want to be there when the call was made.

I have STILL another theory. Maybe Ron knew Misty was at her parent's house with Tommy. When he called there it was to talk to Misty, since her phone was off. Maybe Tommy told Ron that Misty was asleep, and he couldn't wake her. Ron then told Tommy to go to the mh and do whatever he wanted Misty to do there...but what then???:waitasec:

I found this info on someone's interpretation of part of the background comments. I found this just googling and asked permission to post it. The transcript in at the middle of the article.

Most interesting thing I found was Ron talking in the background about a lock being busted and his guns taken. All this time I assumed that Ron was examining the lock on the backdoor and now I'm thinking about changing my mind to the interpretation of Ron checking on his guns and the lock being busted on the gun cabinet. Please listen and read. Interested in what y'all think.

So, now i guess i have a LOT more questions then i did before.... One being, if there are no signs of forced entry, Misty wasn't home when Tommy went by there around 10pm, the lock on the gun cabinet is busted sideways and there are guns missing....how does that happen?

Whoa.....wait a minute......Ron had a gun cabinet? When he was living with GGS he didn't keep his guns in a cabinet, and that, from what i remember was a big deal with having JR around, and Ron doing that little reenactment of what he would like to do to Misty, if he found out she was involved. (shoving the gun in his mouth) Was this just a dream i had?

i remember discussing about there being no trigger locks on the guns and them not being stored in a cabinet... (unless the cabinet was that broken that he threw it out)

and wouldn't it be much much easier to bust the glass on the gun cabinet, anyhow, to snatch and go? Why take the time to bust a lock, and wouldn't that be real noisy?

here we go again :)

My theory is the incident occurred at Misty and Tommy's parent's residence or in that immediate area, so Misty being at her parent's home fits in with what I believe may have happend that afternoon/early evening. I do not believe Misty was even at the MH on Green Lane until the wee hours of the morning of the 10th of February 2009...JMHO

Hi Em. That is similar to one of my other theories. If whatever happened to Haleigh happened at Tommy's parents house, and Ron called there to talk to Misty, who couldn't be awaken, and Ron told Tommy to go to the mobile home, it may have been to get rid of the pot plants because he knew LE would be there to investigate. And if the lock on the gun case was broken, it could have been about the guns. Remember in the beginning, Ron downplayed anything to do with guns, saying there was "no fight over no guns". Why would he want to downplay that? Then he or Misty or someone magically found the gun. What was the real story about the gun?

There have been so many stories put out about a gun who knows... Yes, Ron denied the fight about a gun but then he told Cobra an entirely different story..
Bottom line for me I believe he shot Haleigh.. Not intentionally, but he shot her just the same..And for that reason he and his family could never risk her body ever being found. JMHO..

Well, there is the report of the "road rage" incident between Ron Cummings and Charlie Jones. CJ claimed that Ron was waving a gun at him while trying to run him off the road. However, when LE finally tracked Ron down at his GMS house, Ron said that all his guns were inside locked away. There are many kinds of locks on gun cabinets. sometimes the guns inside will have a rod with lock through the trigger guard.

Yep, and wasn't it nice of Ron to clean the gun thoroughly before giving the gun over to LE?

Maybe that was the lock RC was referring to on the tape. "They broke the lock on the side". Maybe it wasn't a cabinet he was referring to but rather the lock on the gun itself. That makes more sense IMO.

LT, about what time frame did this road rage happen with CJ? Do we have a thread or list of everything concerning a gun? Maybe, MOO, Ron did shoot Haleigh. Hearing on the 911 tape about the lock being broken, and then somebody stole my guns puts a different slant on all my theroies.:waitasec: Somewhat???

ETA: Could the 2 guns found in the pond in St. John's county be connected to this? I think I read about them on the Skull found thread.

thanks! i had forgotten about that road rage incident. maybe i had just assumed there was no gun cabinet at GGS house. i think i am going to go back to the beginning and update my notes...lol.

lil momma, remember that the gun cabinet is an assumption from what was heard on the tape. Breaking the lock to a gun is very different from a gun cabinet.
