I hear ya, but Ron is an out of control loose cannon, there would be lots of gun stories,and I just cant take the word of a stoner like Chelsea Croslin that a van was moved. I cant believe her about one thing, and then thinks shes lying about others.

I have no problem believing Ron C was totally out of control that day and I have no problem believing Haleigh's life was lost due to his out of control behavior..
As far as Chelsea saying the van was moved, I suspect she said that in order to cast suspicion on Jo... It was nothing but a red herring thrown out for the masses in order to deflect.. I have never claimed I believed the van was moved by Jo..JMHO

ETA to your edit... I suspect a Croslin was on the scene when the incident happened.. My thinking tells me it was Misty..
The ONLY reason I even believe Chelsea may have been the one driving or with Misty in that van is because she, herself, placed herself at the bus stop that day...
There was IMO no reason for her to be there at the bus stop since she didn't have children that were if school age.
I believe J Santos.. He stated both Haleigh and Austin got into the van that day and the van drove off in the opposite direction of the MH on Green Lane.......JMHO

Ya know, its possible maybe Haleigh was shot on the bed, and maybe the door was propped open that night to get a new bed into the house, to be all made up and nice- maybe someone removed a mattress? Because Ron said something about the bed, and Misty says she was cleaning that night.

I do not believe the incident happend at 202 Green Lane.. I do not even believe Misty was at that MH until the wee hours of the morning...HEr LVA revealed the story she told about the events of that night were not true...
LE stated they found no evidence of a crime at that MH... They also stated IF there was a crime they did not know when or where it had been committed.. IMO.. The crime occurred at 130 Magnolia Street or in the immediate vicinity...JMHO

I have spoken with Cobra .Cobra put his number out on the airwaves and I called him, however he did not pick up when I called and I did not leave a message.. I hung up..My number must have appeared on his caller ID because he called me back about an hour later..
We talked..And he answered several questions that were troubling me at the time..

I would really bet that the cops checked the Magnolia residence. And truthfully at this point we have no idea if they lived their alone, or were living with someone.

I suspect IF they even bothered it wasn't until the Shell Harbor search which was over a year later and after the fact...JMHO

Don't even know how to contact him now.. Maybe he would, maybe he wouldn't .Is he even allwed to discuss this case NOW? I know LE won't allow him to return to PC.
He just gave me some information on who the person was who encouraged Ron C to marry Misty..I will say, he claimed it was someone in PCSO..JMHO

Yeah, but if they lived their with a roomate, that would squash it all. I would like to see who owns the place and what were the circumstances of them being there.

I'm not following. I don't understand how a room mate makes a difference or fits in with all this..
Hank Sr was employed before the incident.. All the Croslin men were.. To my knowledge they were all living seperately on their own with their ownfamilies.....JMHO

I remember her walking from the SO after being questioned. I did not remember the "special abilities" the FBI "informant" part. That might just change things for me now.

Yes, Cpapa, it takes you right to the St. John's or the wooded area right before the river but a little farther from where the original search was at the dock. Maybe they searched that area, maybe they didn't. I wish they would if they haven't.

If they took the letter seriously the first time, maybe they could take it seriously again using the mobile home of Hank Sr. & Lisa's as the starting point as that whole area to me needs searched again. JMO

IMO.. There was nothing all made up and nice about that mattress, pillow or the bed Haleigh was supposedly sleeping on that night..JMHO

I found it a bit unusual that Haleigh's mattress was in the Master bedroom when she had a nice room to herself, even stranger, TN knew the exact habits of what was going on when she didn't live there. I want to be optimistic and say the mattress was in there because Haleigh was afraid of the possible bad weather/thunder storms, but what about Butterbean? Where was his mattress and why wasn't his mattress in the room as well? I get a feeling sometimes they could have been in there on their own without the benefit of any babysitter. imo.
O/T. Forgive, but I came across some pretty bizzare stories concerning the bio mom. Does anyone have any ideas if these stories are true? Or are these just made up BS stories again? Stories are concerning new beachfront home, new cars, motorcycles, breast enchancement that have all been donated. Just thought I'd ask. Never know when somebody is trying to pull more wool or just what.

Thanks for the info. Still trying to manuver around here. It did blow me out of the water just the same, saw red and pretty much threw up my hands.
Getting back to the subject, heard somewhere the house was cleaned up prior to LE coming in, beds were made, but wasn't the kitchen and laundry area still messy when LE came? When the cameras got there, I thought it a bit unusual the little mattress was still in the master bedroom although the rest of the house was in adequate shape, it was no longer an investigation scene by the time the cameras rolled.

I don't see the logic in keeping 2 small children in a room where an enticing big bathtub is right in the area especially without a babysitter or with a babysitter who was incapacitated in some way=sleeping it off. I know, there is no logic where this family group is concerned, but what if the kids were left behind a locked door to the bedroom has crossed my mind a couple of times. I also dont think Misty was anywhere around there until she was forced or strongly adivised to come back as an alibi. jmo. She seems pretty strong willed and was out foot loose for a few days, so I don't see the need for her to go back if she was already sort of gone about a week prior. Nothing would stop her from calling the police if she saw something wrong, she's done it before, but with this, it seems like she has been bearding for someone else. imo.
