That, amongst MANY other things drive to nuts about this case. I just don't get it. Does Ron not want LE to contact HIM when they find his daughter? I guess LE should be contacting Misty when they find HaLeigh. WHY? that is the one word that no matter what, can never be answered in this case. JMO

What has he done that is smart? Hes a drug addict. He is in prison. He admitted he liked YOUNG GIRLS. I bet there are some smart pedophiles out there, but being a pedophile is worse than being smart, pigs are smart, I wouldn't say, well I know hes a pedophile but I still want him to fix my computer, well at least I wouldn't.

Ronald Cummings is a dead corrupt immoral person inside. He has never had a steady hand of guidance, well he has but hes been exposed to people who think mangling someones hands or beating people up is ok,and its because of that we have a dead child. I am sure they all hoped he would be a good daddy, but he only wanted those kids for the tax money, imo. The family is mentally bankrupt they actually tried to alienate and replace the mother of the children, to even be capable of doing something like that is mentally questionable.

I really do believe that Haleigh was not at school that day and she died sometime during the weekend when Misty was gone. I don't care that Chelsea said she saw Haleigh, because shes a known drug user and I believe she would say anything for attention.

I have always wondered where those kids were that weekend when he was a mess, if they were with him, I can see him killing a child in rage, easily.

It is not impossible for me to believe something happened to Haleigh before Monday. As for the school attendance records showing an honest picture, was there not at least one day where it appeared as though the mark had been altered? And IIRC one question many of us had was about the validity of the mark for Monday, February 9, 2009.

Since no school personnel, neighbor, or anyone else outside of Haleigh's family have stated they saw Haleigh on that Monday, it is possible something could have happened to her prior to Monday. Anything we ever heard about witnesses having seen Haleigh was delivered second or third-hand, rather than a statement directly from the alleged witness.

Bus drivers, teachers, neighbors, the AC man...for all we know, not one of them has ever made a statement saying they saw Haleigh anywhere at any time that Monday. It was reported that they had, but with the issues of how things are reported by media in this case, I am skeptical of anything that is not a direct statement, made on camera so I can see the person actually saying it. While that wouldn't necessarily make it a true statement, at least there would be no question that they had said it.

Maybe she came back late Sunday and she fell asleep and Ron woke up in the morning and took Haleigh out, after finding her dead, but without waking Misty, and as far as Misty knew she was at school. Maybe Misty went to pick up Haleigh and she never got off the bus, and then all these calls to Ronald were unanswered, or they had a fight,so they did talk maybe he said, someone took her because of my drugs, you have to lie for me and go along with the staged door, I think this is a likely scenario at this point. Ron could say he took Haleigh to school, and the guy who saw him driving terrible, for whatever reasons, nothing suspicious there at all:innocent: would back up he left that morning......for whatever reasons.

I guess I'm the odd man out, because I think Ron is intelligent. I know a lot of guys about his age and he doesn't strike me as dumb at all. Being a drug addict doesn't make somebody dumb either, IMO. But with that said, he has done some really really not smart things and IMO, he knew better than every single one of them. I don't see Ron as some dumb hapless guy who all of these things just happened to. Comparing him to Misty, he does seem like a genious, IMO. Considering her age and lack of education, I think a lot of this did just happen to her and before she knew what hit her, she was in the middle of a missing child investigation. No matter what happened, I don't see Misty as the kind of person who thought out the consequences before hand. all just MOO.

Yes it is. Being TN wasn't at the MH that day/night--or atleast has yet to come clean about being there, i am going with what was said by the person who was actually there, be it a lie or not. I feel that TN's statements regarding anything to do with the sleeping arrangements, who was there, what happened from the time HaLeigh got off the bus, ANYTHING she says in regards to that day or night, should be discredited as Teresa wasn't at the MH on Green Lane. and IMO, that is all hearsay.

It is very hard to wade through the BS in this case, b/c they all lie. LE hasn't released much. Yes, they said Ron wasn't considered a suspect, but he has not been cleared by LE as a suspect in the case.

I am trying to forget all i know when going back and taking a second look--not easy, i must say! lol

Teresa Neves has not admitted she called Misty and asked her to babysit because last thing Teresa Neves wants anyone to know is her son and Misty had not reconciled their differences..IIRC The information about TN asking Misty to babysit was revealed after she had already come out on national TV claiming Misty and Ron had been up all night on Sunday night working through their differences.. . I suspect she is the one who also gave Misty permission to babysit w/o ever clearing it with her son...JMHO

I just keep racking my brain for one scenario Ronald Cummings is considered really smart. Is it because hes good at hiding a body and not talking? To each their own but I am so happy hes locked up, everyone should be, imo.

Thanks, I just was confused when you posted Teresa said it, no worries. I think almost everyone's statements are heresay, since they weren't there imo, I wish there was some way to get Misty to talk.

I always thought this was a bit disingenuous. If people saw him at the plant all night that's one thing but cell phone pings do not show he never left the plant, it just shows that his phone didn't ping anywhere else. It's not surgically attached to his person and can be turned off at will.
