Does anyone know what the official timeline is?

Of course no one will be able to dig this up now, but I am pretty sure the Le were very interested in the days BEFORE she went missing, and the night of the 8-9th.

that is part of the problem. Sure, Misty and Tommy led LE to the dock searches and they searched the mondex, but did they find anything? Imo, no they didn't, b/c had the found evidence of what either Tommy or Misty were claiming was in the St. Johns RIver or at the Mondex, I wholeheartly believe there would have been charges filed against them. They found a cement brick and they found some rope, but unless they find dna of HaLeigh, Tommy, Misty, Joe or even Ron for that matter, that evidence becomes circumstancial evidence as it doesn't tie anyone one of these to the evidence itself. IMO, tommy didn't hurt HaLeigh, nor did Misty.

I believe they are protecting themselves. What I'm not convinced of is whether they are being blackmailed by the Cummings.

I suspect they have told LE Ron C is the one responsible for what happened to Haleigh..... And IMO the reason Misty and Tommy are protecting themselves is because they have finally come to the realization they allowed Ron C and his family to set them up BIG TIME... Sad they didn't have the brains to realize thats what was going down that night when they decided to follow Ron C's plan rather than call LE..JMHO

I agree, and as I see it they have finally realized Ron C and his family set them up to take the fall...Since they do not know how or where Haleigh was disposed of they are up a creek without a paddle...JMHO.

No way Misty caused Haleighs death, imo.

Ronald is the perp and Misty probably wasn't even there when Haleigh died. . The cops knew who the perp and enabler was from the first lie detector test. I actually was watching a show on the ID network today, and it was about this guy who wanted someone killed. He asked a friend, who asked a friend, who asked someone else to do it, so there were two middlemen. Well, the LE said to them, if you testify, we will give you immunity, no jail time but if we found out they were lying at or anything else like that, they would devote their days to seeing to it they see jail time one way or another. Reminds me of this case, in the aspect how they targeted everyone who around that child that night, and in a way I do think Hope is involved as well. Someone from Rons family helped him in someway, but I beleive he caused the death for sure. jmo

Misty was there and she knows EVERYTHING that happened. Law enforcement tracked down anyone that could place her away from the trailer that night, all the druggies and party people she would hang out with... They would get them on crap crimes and interrogated the hell out of them.

They've concluded Misty was at the home.

Misty killed Haleigh and Ronald disposed of the body. There are two witnesses, one has now passed away, that gave sworn statements to law enforcement and they placed Ronald NOT at work the night in question.

If Haleigh was drugged, or got into drugs. That would be a reason for Ron to cover up.

I've concluded that nobody was at the home that night BUT Ron and Misty. They're in it together.

Everyone can keep trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill over Chelsea's tattoo, or Timmy/Tommy's phone calls, or Joe Overstreet, or Tommy Croslin, but IMO they are all red herrings.

I don't think Ron's family is black mailing anyone -- but they are trying to cover up what went down inside their son's trailer. They know Ron and Misty know exactly what happened, and they want to make their soon look good, to keep riding the gravy train.

I'd be interested to see what evidence was collected from the trailer... Did police find any illegal drugs? I don't think Teresa and Annette want that released, because it would make their son look bad.

Misty could be guilty. She was witnessed hitting a small child in the face and sitting at the school bus stop talking openly and in front of children about getting bad dope, according to witnesses. She briefly spoke in a very hateful way about Hayleigh having to be just like her, and didn't protect the kids from a former child and teen who acted out sexually against her. She allowed these guys around Ron's daughter many times. She also allowed dope smoking around the kids according to her and Tommy. She lied and manipulated Ron with the fake pregnancy test, lied to police multiple times, let her brother manipulate her, tried to frame an innocent young man, and slept around according to WBG and Junior. If she's not the one then she is one of the group who "found" Hayleigh outside the trailer after being attacked. Then, they most likely spent lots of time trying to convince Ron that it was someone he'd stolen drugs from or ripped off to get him off their backs and become defensive about his lifestyle.

I don't buy this... Ron's behavior shows that he is a very heartless evil man. If he cared about his child, he wouldn't deal drugs while she is missing... he would be out there searching and demanding answers from Misty. He wouldn't be out there, in New York on a honeymoon, smiling, laughing, and kissing Misty.

Ron didn't cooperate with LE, he was the first to lawer up, because he has a direct hand in whatever happened.

All evidence points to the fact, Ron and Misty are two evil druggies, who should have never been around children, and their life style lead to the death of Haleigh.

They're both redneck versions of Casey Anthony.

It is disgusting children have to live with people like Ron, Misty, Annette and Teresa...<modsnip>

Levi, I wouldn't put anything past Ron C or anyone in his family... As far as blackmail, I'm more inclined to believe Misty and Tommy have been threatened..
And IMO nothing went down in Ron C's trailer other than possibly getting all his drugs out of there before LE was called and someone staging an alleged abduction scene..IMO Haleigh was not killed in that trailer located at 202 Green lane.. And IMO Misty and Tommy did not kill her either...IF they had Ron C would have made certain they were dead before the sun came up on February 10, 2009...JMHO

I agree with Donjeta, they had plenty of time to clean out that trailer before LE arrived.. I highly suspect Haleigh had been deceased up to 10 hours before that 911 call was ever made...JMHO

The main thing I like about your theory, is you have Ron covering for Misty. That feels right, doesn't it? All those bus stop stories have pretty much convinced me. I don't think Ron would dispose of a body for Misty, but he'd cover for her in other ways, IMO. If they had acted together, I don't think she would have gone to her moms, right after. He took her back and then got the 'only God can judge me' sticker. I'm sorry to beat a dead horse here, but IMO, Tommy's involved up to his eyeballs. Also, LE seemed pretty sure that Misty was gone. She may not have been with friends... she might have been with family. If she was, they'll never tell. MOO.

my newest theory..Misty is seen slapping Jr at the bus stop. Haleigh is reported missing. Misty goes home to her mom's. Ron takes her back. He gets the bumper sticker. He gets the memorial tattoo. Ron hires a criminal attorney. He marries Misty. Misty fails a LDT question concerning Ron's involvement. Misty says something to the effect of 'they're on to us'. (cobra tapes). Tommy goes to jail and says that Misty wasn't home. Tommy gets the rat. Ron goes to jail for fighting with Misty's family. Ron warns Misty that Donna Brock is trying to get information. They divorce. Misty gets her Ron tattoo. They're busted dealing together. These are probably out of order, but they're a few things, that IMO, point to Ron covering for Misty. MOO.

Maybe but I think they would have had to see some charges if LE had found drugs in the home when they searched it.

IMO. The ONLY way Ron C would ever cover for Misty Croslin is IF she was covering for him...And Tommy may very well be involved up to his eyeballs but it isn't because he is the one who harmed Haleigh that afternoon/early evening...I'm more inlined to believe it is due to the fact he removed a deceased child from his parent's house to that dumpster close to his own residence on Tyler until Ronald Cummings or someone in his family could make arrangements to have her remains disposed of in a manner so she would never be found...JMHO

Emeralgem, you and I have been side by side in our theories since day one. I do believe that you are so accurate in your theory as posted above. I also believe that Tommy or Timmy/Chelsea were invovled in the disposal/cleanup following the actual crime of Haleigh losing her life but there is no way that I believe that any of these three were involed in Haleigh losing her life. They were caught up in helping Misty and by helping Misty were helping Ronald Cummings. Tommy is the only one who has come the closest to telling what happened that night. In my opinion, Tommy could tell what happened as far as his involvement and that could lead to finding out what really happened. I guess LE has dropped any attempts in questioning of Ronald Cummings and his family and that is why this case is totally bogged down. Too bad for Haleigh and for those who care about her.

I think that Ron hurriedly hid any drugs that were in the home in an abandoned car in the woods behind Ron's home. He was so busy during the 911 call looking and banging kitchen cabinet doors. He had to make sure that LE would not find his "stash".
