General theory thread and motives rehashed #4

I'm not thinking Haleigh is on Rita Lane. I would think though that LE should rule it out. And then we have Annette's property. I don't think she is there either. Where is she? We don't have a crime scene or one stick of evidence.

This whole case is just maddening, frustrating and futile. We few seem more concerned than the town itself.

Right, she's probably not on Rita Lane. But she has to be somewhere, and I think it's somewhere they were pretty sure if not positive she'd never be found. Under concrete qualifies as that, IMO. Ever moreso than in a river.

As for Haleigh being in the St. Johns, even though the whole clan is highly unusual, I cannot see any one of them putting Haleigh in that water. That would take someone with a heart of stone, IMO. And there's only one person of all the known peeps in this case who I think has that heart of stone, and it's Misty.

With that said, I'm ready for the tomatoes to be thrown!

I went searching for the words in that mystery letter and what do you know, another black plastic bag was mentioned.

"Check the back of father's mobile home," the letter read. "From the right end of the mobile home extending out continue for 540 yards straight. At that point go north 12 yards. Dig 2àè-3 feet, will strike metal covering an old well, check inside, black plastic garbage bag."

I know who owns all the land on Rita Lane but there is no 911 parcel for #105. So I guess it is just parked there by somebody and the cummings/neves have found it very desirable because Sykes, cummings (2) have been listed as supposedly living there for the past eight years. Crystal and Teresa have lived in Lady Lake since at least 2001. This tiny place must be a whole-in-the-wall or a storage place for the crowd.

For general discussion, when was that concrete slab layed at tn's place? I don't think TN would hide haleigh there but would like to rule out the possibility.

I know I'm gonna take flack for this, but a poster gotta due what all posters here do....be curious and search.

Whisperer, That may be where Haleigh's "grave" is. I can see where this group could justify this if they called it a grave, and had a memorial there. At Christmas that first yr, that could be where Ron went "to talk to Haleigh." JMO

Any locals reading here?? I invite you to join in, let us know what you saw or heard that night, or anytime leading up to or following that night. Please...let's do this for little Haleigh. Let's bring closure for her mother and brother.

Did you see Haleigh playing outdoors at any time after she came home from school on February 9? What time was that?

Did you hear a scream that night? What time?

Did you call 911 at around 2:13 AM? In reference to what?

Did you see or hear Misty outside crying on the phone? What time? Could you hear what she was saying?

Did you see TN or AS come or go from the Green Lane residence that evening? Which grandmother did you see, and what time was that? What kind/color of vehicle?

Did you hear any commotion in the area of the dumpster? Or hear any dogs barking in that area? What time was that?

Did you hear or see any vehicles that you could not place to the neighborhood? What kind and what color? And at what time?

Were you near 130 Magnolia Lane that night? Or perhaps late that afternoon? Did you hear or see anything unusual? What did you see or hear, and at what time?

No one will know who you are...we will not pry...we just want answers, and justice for Haleigh.

TIA

Someone should give Cobra a call...

Wish I knew if he'd talk to me before I spent the minutes. (Egads I sound like a Croslin, worried about phone minutes!!!)

What a great idea, to call Cobra. If he could go back to Satsuma incognito....:floorlaugh: (now that's funny , Cobra incognito:floorlaugh:). He could talk to these witnesses, if he could find them, the one who saw Misty carring the black garbage bag, the one who doesn't work at PDM anymore, and who else can we come up with?
ETA: We could add Scrubs and SAM (the retired FBI agent with "special abilities" to Cobra's list. I know y'all think I'm joking, but I'm serious. I bet Cobra could do it (if no one knew he was there). Seriously...

SPLAT!!!!!! LOL

IMO..IF Misty's actions have proven she has a heart of stone then Ronald Cummings and his mother's actions have proven they don't even have a heart..JMHO

I read somewhere that Green Lane had at least 5 garbage cans and waste all over the yard. And just think they were only there 3 months. I would love to see pics of the inside on Feb 10....

The term "Black Garbage Bag" keeps popping up, doesn't it? I'm convinced it is part of the case. I doubt the landfills were thoroughly checked.

If there were 5 garbage cans and waste all over at Green Lane, why did Misty have to truck a black plastic bag over to Magnolia?

One thing about the letter that "Scrubs" the mystery woman delivered for the older retired FBI man, was it said "the fathers house" basing it as a starting point to count steps. The father's house could have been Hank Sr.'s & Lisa's old house on Magnolia. Just saying...

I had forgotten about Scrubs, and the retired FBI man. Did we ever find out who these people were?

IF Misty was seen carrying a black plastic bag over in the Shell Harbor area I'm thinking it came from her parent's residence at 130 Magnolia not from the MH on 202 Green Lane...JMHO

Without a building permit dating the concrete to a specific day or week, might be difficult. So basically LE needs to get a warrant and dig that area of 105 up.

krkr, that was suggested and requested repeatedly at the very beginning. Did LE do anything about it then? NO. Do you really think they will do anything about it now? NO.

Sorry krkr, I think we are all going to have our hopes and prayers unanswered.

I've entertained that thought..
Anyone know or remember exactly when "Scrubs" delivered that message to the newspaper?
I'm thinking it was quite a few months before the Shell Harbor search...

An interesting tidbit..the woman who owns all the property (8 parcels)out there at Rita Lane used to live next door to AS when she lived on Beecher Springs. Is there some sort of agreement (whatever) that connects or gives pause of how they use this trailer and her land?

It peaked my curiousity because of the address placed on the incident report for that night. TN had never used that place as an address EVER. She finally calls it home as of March 2010 for the first time. Was she by some strange coincidence staying there that night or was she in Lady Lake where she legally resided?
My personal feeling (and I could be wrong) is that she gave that addy to match up with the 3:27 alert and 911. I would like to rule it out, if possible. That would certainly clear up my speculation that she may have been called earlier about Haleigh. My gut tells me she was called prior to the 911. How much earlier, I want to know.

It all ties up with knowing where TN was when she got the call. Why didn't she go and check on the kids herself instead of sending a "family member" to check? That alerts me that something was going on prior to 7:00pm which is about the time most place rc arriving at PDM.
BBM:
That's a good point. Maybe she was there that night, although she really doesn't live there. Now I'm wondering why she would use that place just for one night, if she doesn't live there? This could be why she arrived at the mh so quickly...:waitasec:

So you think TN used that place just for one night? Really! I doubt it.

JMVVHO, of course.

Yah, I know. I'm just so frustrated with this whole thing. That poor baby, and her grieving mother and brother. And there's no sign of Haleigh anywhere, not a piece of clothing, a shoe, an earring, or a hair...seems that LE would be at least curious about a concrete slab that was poured at Rita Lane at possibly the same time as a child goes missing without a trace.

So, am I being too logical? Just say so, I can take it ;)

I do not need him to return to Satsuma, I just need him to answer some questions for me. He was there, he spoke with some locals as well as the players. I want to know what's going on in his mind about this case. IMO it would be closer to the truth than anything CC has said.

:woohoo::woohoo: I've been wondering around on the old Haleigh Rumor thread trying to refresh my memory on the local's comments. Very, very interesting now that time has passed and we all know alot more about this case than early on. Wish we could discuss some of the things that the locals gave up. :seeya:

You know Misty's words explaining why she was washing blankets, taking blankets down from the window and the "my blanket was in the van that they took" statement seem to have more meaning since Misty gave her story about Haleigh being put into a black bag and put into the van.

I wish we knew if Misty's blanket was ever recovered from the van. I also wonder if Haleigh's body was wrapped in the blanket prior to the disposal of her body.

Anyone else wonder this?

I have considered Misty's words and I believe by "they" she meant LE. The blanket was in the van that LE took. JMO.

Kr, I support you calling him. But I am not that brave. He scares me. But I am behind you 100%.
