General theory thread and motives rehashed #5

Over the last 2 weeks, been on the road frequently -- lots of time to think --

1. Whether it's true or not, it's good that LE thinks Ron was at least at the bus stop that Monday afternoon. They really need to follow the route out of there and determine which way HaLeigh went & with who.

2. I said over 2 years ago that someone needs to ask TN where her grand-daughter is, and I stick by that one. Later, she knew Ron went to talk to his daughter on Christmas day. Where did he go?

3. There's a reason Ron has never been cleared of anything to do with his daughter's disappearance. If his hot alibi and his even more hot deal was complete, why not?

4. I still think there is a connection with that area behind where Ron worked.

Interesting reading all the different possible theories. I thought Haileigh was harmed by a stranger, at first. Next, I was sure it was her her daddy's gf who later became Ron's wife. After that I figured it had to someone who knew Ron, who came to the trailer and took Haleigh. Next enter the grandmas. I don't know who took Haleigh.

Also IIRC a map of the area was posted at one time here on WS and a public dock is located directly across the river from the N-40 area he was supposed to be working in that night...JMHO

ETA.. And didn't Misty claim at one time LE had conducted their search at the wrong dock?

I think Tommy Croslin took her. Maybe with the help of Joe Overstreet.
I would imagine you're right and she will never be found.
It's likely the gators disposed of HaLeigh when Tommy and maybe Joe dropped her in the river.

It was suggested more than once but must have been one of the many things that fell on deaf ears. And it might actually clear Ron if her body is found.

There is no way Ronald went to work 45 min early. Thats too weird of a thing to happen on the day your child goes missing, and weird that he was on PDM grounds for 12 hours. The cops said we are satisfied with the 8 hours in question. Well what are the eight hours? 7-3? They then say, HOWEVER, we dont know what time the crime happened, so whatever or where Ron does not matter, he can not be ruled out at all. He was probably late for his shift because he was too busy burying Haleigh or whatever he did, or he skipped work to stalk Misty and ambush her and got to work at 7 to let everyone clean up his mess.

That just isn't true Nonni, they have put plenty of pressure on Ron's family. Ron is serving 15 yrs in jail, his cousin is serving 15 yrs in jail... Timothy Holmseth and Cobra even freaked out once because the big bad LE were yelling at Teresa Neves and Cobra thought she was suicidal.

What do you want them to do? Waterboard Ron, Teresa, and Annette?
LE even told CF News 13 that RON and Misty know more than what they are saying.

It just isn't true that Ron's family has any pull within law enforcement, If I recall wasn't TERESA NEVES even calling on the Governor of Florida to take the case away from the PCSO and give it to the FBI?

All true, but there isn't anything that happened afterwards that leads me to believe Ron C and Tommy became close buddies as you say Chelsea has claimed..IIRC.. Tim Miller is the one who persuaded Tommy to drop charges against Ron C for the rat incident.. Why TM did that, I don't know but would love to have the opportunity to ask him....JMHO

I've always wanted to know the answer to that one as well, Em. If you find out, let me know.

I was under the impression that it had been proved that alligators do NOT feed below a certain temperature? I also thought it had been proven that the temperature during HaLeigh's disappearance was well below that needed for alligators to move/feed?

Speaking out of pure frustration again at this point because no movement in this case, but forget all the what could have happened, not likely to have happened. Ron knows what happened. IMO he is the key and the Perp. If Misty, at this point, is still holding secrets, then hell__ she is one tough person, which I doubt it. Can't break her. She doesn't know.
TN knows. RC knows, I feel RC thinks his jail term is justified for Haleighs disappearance. I also feel like AS may only know some things, but she will protect RC.

I must add, for what its worth, I know I heard TN say on a very early NG interview, "I picked Haleigh up at the bus stop", then Ron stated "No, I picked her up from the bus stop". His tone of voice was the same as "there was no cousin, there was no fight over a gun", but I cannot document that, and the next day, when the NG transcript came out, it was not there. But that will be neither here nor there. I know rumors are not allowed here.

And I will add, per the Cobra tapes, that any dad, who can refer to his child as being burrowed by the gators, is a major psychopath, and therefore will never come clean to what happened to his daughter, because he just does not care. He would rather sit in jain on drug charges, only because it pertains to him.

Here in Tennessee it can be freezing cold one day in the winter, and then mild the next. If it is like that here, it is certainly similar in FL. Maybe they threw her in the water, then days later the gators got her?

What I found interesting is how Ron claimed on the Cobra tapes he went and found the gun in the culvert.

It was cold, Levi. It didn't warm up in the daytime as nicely as it usually does. Fact is, it has to get the waters warm enough to get the gators to come out from their burrows, to even sun... If the water temp is colder than the air temp it's going to take many days to warm up enough to lure them out. Remember, this is the beginning of February and we were in a 'cold snap' here.

If you knew Ron, like I've observed Ron, you'd know that he is cunning enough, IMO to be redirecting or misdirecting people to look here and not there. As callous as I think he can/could be, IMO, he isn't or didn't have his daughter tossed in the river to feed the gators. No, he had her buried.
