I'm certainly not a fan of Ron C and IMHO he should spend the rest of his life behind bars, but I'm not quite understanding why and how you think he will be charged with premeditated murder....JMHO

Premeditation can be formed at the snap of a finger. If Ron abused Haleigh in anyway, such as hitting, drugging, etc. All the prosecution has to prove is that Ron had the INTENT to do the act of hitting, or drugging and that those actions resulted in the death of Haleigh.

It isn't a theory I personally believe in, but it has some logic to it, since Ron was known to be abusive.

I look at this differently than how everyone else is. The big point that everyone is missing is this... The reason Haleigh was missing so much school is because Ron was worried the school would find out about the abuse that Haleigh was enduring at the hands of himself and his teenage girlfriend!

I bet they were already on to Ronald!

When some of the results of Misty's LD and LVA was published online (I don't remember where) there was details of some of the questions and answers. I recall specifically that when asked Misty if she loved Haleigh she said yes and it was true according to the test. Lots of that transcript was cut out and I recall it being explained that it was the part of the conversation that was about Rons' involvement. Does anyone have a link to this transcript? I would like to verify I haven't completly lost my mind.

It was inconclusive... TJ Ward asked Misty if Ron was involved. Misty then started blabbing a bunch of BS and went on and on about Ron loving Haleigh and how Ron would never hurt his daughter and that Haleigh was "daddy's little girl" and all that BS...

That statement was made by AMW, but I don't recall reading a direct quote from LE.

LE did say they were "satisfied with the results" of the eight hours of interviews with Ron. It was a quote in the Palatka Daily News. You have to be a subscriber to read the archives, but it was posted here in an earlier thread on 03-13-2009.

Well she said it and like Ron is going to come out and tell the truth on Miss Nancy or ever in his life.. I am not casting that tidbit aside just because Chelsea said it. If its indeed true, why? Something happened that weekend, with Misty calling her fam to get away from Ron, hes arrested, the next day he put a dead headless rat into Tommys box, to me that means if you say anything you are dead if you talk, and then they are buddies? AT this time Ron was balling with his donation and child support money, I have no doubts Misty got all messed up and told Tommy a lot of stuff she shouldn't have and Ron heard. If you are in cahoots with someone over a childs murder, you dont call the law on them ever, and not ever call the cops for being called a homosexual. Just like with Timmy, if Timmy helped Ron in any way, why would Ron call the cops and potentially pizz off someone who is keeping a major secret. Believe me, I think Ron is probably borderline mentally retarded, but I dont think hes that dumb.

Something I just caught when watching NG's progam for August 31, 2009..
They showed a clip of Misty claiming she passed. Misty is saying she passed the LDT because the test showed she was at home that night...Remember she was all giddy about getting engaged and telling everyone she had passed her LDT..

My thoughts are IF she was at her parent's house, then yes, she was at home that night...
Ron C had kicked her out so she was not living on Green Lane... So ome would be at her parent's house on Magnolia....JMHO

I think Ron is so sinister he would make Tommy put his prints on a gun to use to frame him, hes just that sick. Ron likes to do things to hands, anyone remember how excited Ron was to tell Cobra how he would mangle Joes hands? Sick.

I think in the end Misty will be charged with felony murder for drugging the child (a felony) which resulted in the death of Haleigh. Additionally Ron and Tommy are linked via telephone calls and they got rid of the body.

My prediction is that Ron and Tommy will be charged with accessory after the fact, and felony gross abuse of a corpse, for feeding Haleigh's body to the gators.

The way Ron went into detail about Haleigh being consumed by gators, shows he knows so much about what gators do... because he FED HER BODY TO THEM!

The way Ron and Misty used the dead rat to scare Tommy, shows me he isn't the main perp in this. He was most likely so high, he can't even give a clear account of what happened...

I think Tommy will be charged with murder, Misty will be chargd with some kind if accessory, (if she doesn't get a plea), and Ron will be charged with some kind of obstruction of justice, (but, imo, it'll be some kind of time served deal). If there's a such thing as an accessory after the fact charge, he might get that, if he doesn't honor his proffer. I think JO will be charged with something too. I don't look for AS or TN to be charged, but I'm real suspicious of LC and think she might be looking at an obstruction charge. She DID admit to trying to blackmail Misty, so IMO, the lady has been hiding something. Too bad going on tv and lying isn't a crime, and then the whole bunch would go to prison. MOO.

BBM..Sorry Chablis I'm just not seeing that to be the case... IIRC For the most part Tommy and Timmy were totally off the radar except when we saw pictures of them at the wedding which was a month after Haleigh was falsely reported as being abducted...
We did get a tid bit of information at the beginning of the summer of 09 when Hank claimed Ron C had given him a pill that almost killed him...
We also learned IIRC Lindsey was looking for a nursing position in Belise or some South American country...
Timmy and Chelsey had already moved to Mass. before most of us here at WS even knew she had had her baby and they had moved out of state..
IIRC Hank even talked to Tommy on one of the jailhouse tapes about how things had all gone wrong for them after his accident and Haleigh's disappearance..

To be honest I cannot imagine any kind of buddy duddy relationship going on between Tommy and Ron C... Misty, herself has stated Timmy was Ron C 's favorite...
Truth be known, I suspect Tommy C was/is scared to death of Ron C and what his family would/could do to him and his family IF he ever opened his mouth and implicated Ron C.....JMHO..

I don't WHY the Croslins went there that night... They claim Misty wanted to leave Ron C and they went to get her... Misty claims differently...
We do know The entire Croslin family were making plans to leave the area... Timmy and Chelea had already left...

There was a big fight in the front yard and Ron C went to jail...
Misty took a RO out on Tommy... Lisa stated in an interview in front of the courthouse she felt Ron C and Misty knew what happened to Haleigh....

All true, but there isn't anything that happened afterwards that leads me to believe Ron C and Tommy became close buddies as you say Chelsea has claimed..IIRC.. Tim Miller is the one who persuaded Tommy to drop charges against Ron C for the rat incident.. Why TM did that, I don't know but would love to have the opportunity to ask him....JMHO

As far as what happened when the Croslins went to get MC, it wouldn't be the first time that a wife wanted to leave but the husband didn't want her to and "made her an offer/threat that she couldn't refuse".
