IMHO...IF there is a close connection between the ac guy and anyone in the Cummings/Neves/Sykes Clan IMHO they cannot be counted on as being a reliable witness...And before I ever decide to make a decision there is no conspiracy going on with him, I'll first have to know exactly what information he gave to LE...JMHO

Absolutely, I dont think I can reveal the name or the company he works for.
I do know him.

I can say he was on vacation in the caribbean 2 weeks ago and if he was a POI I dont think he would have been able to leave the country.

As far as checking and AC system in Feb. AC is being used in general terms here.
Most AC systems are not just AC rather heating and cooling.
Kinda like northerners call a Coca Cola "pop" and to us southerners its a "coke" no matter what brand.

IIRC..Didn't Merchant confirm that an air conditioning repairman did visit the home at 5 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2009?
I don't recall Merchant ever confirming the AC man had indeed seen Haleigh there that afternoon... I don't recall Merchant ever confirming the AC man had indeed seen Misty and Tommy there either...JMHO

Actually, I don't remember that Merchant (or anyone) confirmed that he was there, but that they had talked to the AC & he had been cleared or wasn't involved.

It's been an on-going question whether he saw HaLeigh or even a child that could have been HaLeigh.
 
What about the guy whose Dad was a social worker and Ron went over there and the wife said,what did you do to your daughter? She was the smartest from the get go!

Thanks Papa for that refresh. Is there another video where we can hear the rest of that convo? I would really like to know about that last statement. JMO

ETA: When i first heard this tape, i thought, Ron was just getting the days mixed up, b/c of the stress, and usually (i know i have in the past) when under a very stressful situation you can easly get your days mixed up, as they all seem to run into one another. Now, i don't know what to think. Could Ron have very easly got his days mixed up, when speaking about almost running those over at the bus stop that am? just speculating......

In every video and interview you see of Ronald, hes high, so there is nothing that anyone can take of value or fact, unless you blindly trust known druggies.

But that video isn't of Ronald talking it is the interview of J Santos. The part i am questioning is when Mr. Santos said that Ron told him to watch his kids. I would just like to hear more about that, and it is cut off. (i don't ever recall hearing the full interview)

I do agree with you that Ron is high in most of his interviews, the one that really really made me go back and question every other interview prior to that was the one his attorney's made, where there is a big long pause and he just dead stares into the camera. (some say the stare has to do with the que cards, or whatever but i have SEEN that type of stare before, in my BIL) Almost as if he forgot what he was saying.... totally high in that video, JMO.

The *only* reason I started following this case was because I used to know these two heroin junkies, and they used to "nod" out when high, like sitting having a conversation with them and they would just "nod" out. Well, I was watching NG when this case started and I was hardly paying attention, but he was doing an interview with her and he literally "nodded" out on camera, so it wasn't shocking to me when it came out Misty said he shot heroin in his feet. Of course that video went poof! Of course his supporters cry he was just "tired". Yeah right.

continuation of Jerry Santos' comments regarding Haleigh's last day getting off the bus.
 
At first I thought Santos' interviews were likely to be factual, but now I'm not so sure. Quite honestly, I don't know who to believe. A lot of what all of these players have to say about the bus stop on the afternoon of 2/9 doesn't jive with what other statements say, especially Santos'.

For example,

-Ronald says HE picked Haleigh up and let her drive!

-The bus driver said Ronald picked Haleigh up, but along comes Santos saying Misty picked her up!

-Misty says she wasn't even there cause she was at home dutifully tending to Junior and that Ronald picked Haleigh up!

-Santos also says Lindsey was at the bus stop that afternoon, as a passenger in a red car, talking to Misty but several accounts say Lindsey was out of town at some kind of nurses school gig and didn't get home until around 10:00 pm!

-On top of all of this, for some unknown reason, Chelsea says SHE was at the bus stop even though she had no kids to pick up from the bus! Santos doesn't even mention her!

How the hell am I supposed to have a clue who or what to believe? Maybe one day, someone will finally tell the truth about what happened to a beautiful little girl from Satsuma who is truly "gone too soon".

C Papa, to my knowledge we have never heard anything from the bus driver or about the bus driver in regards to what s/he saw that afternoon. May I ask where you heard the bus driver has claimed Ron C picked up Haleigh that day?TY
