C Papa, to my knowledge we have never heard anything from the bus driver or about the bus driver in regards to what s/he saw that afternoon. May I ask where you heard the bus driver has claimed Ron C picked up Haleigh that day?TY

Em, IDK, I thought I had read that the bus driver said it was Ronald but I may be wrong. If so, I'm sorry.

IIRC Captain Dick got his information from Teresa Neves and Ronald Cummings..IMHO Neither of them are relaible witnesses... Also, Captain Dick made that statement before J Santos ever came forward and stated to AH he had told LE Misty had picked up Haleigh... JMHO..

JMO they've probably been asked not to speak. Regardless I go with LE's words, 3 weeks into their investigation I am quite sure they know Ron picked HaLeigh up hence Captain Dick's statement. JMO

If IRRC Ron went to collect some money that evening and told a man that he had other plans as well. If he picked up Haleigh at the bus stop then he probably had him with her when he made his next stop. IMO

Maybe he didn't really want to kill her but something got out of control. It seems to me that even though his children may have been his "heart", his "priority" were the drugs, and things can go wrong in so many ways when you choose that lifestyle.

But there are plenty of other suspects IMO. Maybe he really was at work.

Nearly every parent who killed their toddlers have had years of opportunities to do it before, they just never did, until that one fateful night, or whatever. You can only murder a child once so no one ever did it before, at least to the same child. That argument doesn't really change anything to me one way or another.

I didn't say that he killed her, but it sure gave him the opportunity and it may not have been on purpose.

Yes, I understand. I never believed RC killed Haleigh purposely either. I have felt from the beginning that she got between MC/RC when they were fighting, and the result was her death. But I've had so many other theories since then. And, we're still stuck here.....:maddening:

IMHO..It's as plain as the noses on all our faces... He went after Misty that afternoon and there was an altercation... No doubt he had a gun and was threatening Misty.. Somehow Haleigh caught a bullet... Who knows Misty could have even tried to get the gun away from him or attempted to get away from a gun that was pointed at her...
IMHO Haleigh has never been found due to the fact Ron C and his family knew IF she was ever found there would be proof she was shot...And that he did it..JMHO..
