Neither is anyone else. And just because someone said anything in court means nothing --- if I didn't know that before this summer, I sure know it now -- show me something official that Tommy was NAMED a suspect, not called one.

Could be wrong, but I believe it was assistant state attorney, Lewis that made the Tommy C as a 'suspect' in an interview with one of the media outlets covering the sentencing of TC here in Putnam County... I've never heard LE state that much, iirc.

i really want to know what he did to be initiated. Surely, it had to do with him getting in trouble for something....maybe that is the reason for the switch back to the prison? JMO

It depends entirely on the temperature of the water, not the outside temperature. A brief warm period would not be long enough to change the temperature of the water. The gators would be too sluggish to feed at this time of year.

Well it would warm up significantly in March, what if her body was weighed down with objects like bricks and a rope? Laci Peterson's body didn't wash up until 4 months after her body was dumped. That still gives gators time to do what they do...

These people may not be the brightest people out there, but they aren't as stupid as to bury a body somewhere, when they know damn good and well what gators do, and they were known to feed things to the gators.

It is possible blankets, or clothing of some sort could be buried somewhere, but that body is gone.

So much for a greiving father who loved his child... He gets a tatoo of the kid he most likely killed or covered up the death of, and then one of a swastika. What a class act!

No, I don't THINK it was. I'm racking my memory, but seems to me that I recall it being said to media on the courthouse steps so to speak...in a response to questions by the media. I could be wrong however... but it was assistant state attorney Lewis who stated it and I'm fairly certain it was during TC sentencing.

I never did figure it meant much -- just like "not a suspect". Besides isn't there some special "rights" that a real suspect has or is that more double talk.

I just wonder if any of the artists in prison have told him how terrible those "free" tattoos he got of Haleigh and Junior are. Ronald will never get out of prison going down the path he has, he has over once year in and about 12 to go. I do fear he will end up dead and we will never find out what happened to Haleigh, even though I am not sure we ever will anyways.

Most likely Tommy is a suspect, Misty is a suspect, and Ronald is a suspect... As well as anyone else hooked up with them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. The police don't have to come right out and say it, it is obvious who they are focusing on.

Joe sure did according to some.

Like you, I think if a food source is tied with blocks and tossed in the river a gator may 'store' the food source if not eaten right away.

Both links indicate they "eat less" or "curb appetite".
Not "never eat" in winter.

Thats so dedicated of him! Probably was working 40 hour weeks? So he would see his daughter for the ride home, then left to be the best employee, that does sound like him. So based on that he probably saw his daughter about an hour a week, proving that even if Ronald had physical Custody, the two weekends Crystal had she spent more hours with them. Thanks for reminding me of that. I wonder how Crystal and Amber are going to explain the hate symbol on Rons neck to their kids? jmo

I agree Levi, IMO all of the Satsuma Four were involved in some way in Haleigh's disappearance. There are additional people who I think were involved who need to be sitting there with them.
