There is no need for the A's to be shoplifting, they are making quite a bit off their deceased grandchild. IMO, they were out in public to do exactly what they have achieved here, GET ATTENTION for the Dr. Phil show, foundation etc. All to make $$$ to buy more clothes. :banghead:

So, everything they do is to get attention for the show? Why a mall in the middle of nowhere? Why not go to a huge mall on Saturday morning wearing clown noses?

Evidently most people whose children steal don't lie to keep them from getting into trouble. Originally CA testified in court and in her deposition that KC had only written checks for about $300 and charged on her card a few times without her permission. When the truth was hundreds of checks and thousands of dollars in credit card bills were recorded. This is front and center, in the news, public record and there is no way the A's will ever unwrite what is written and in the publics mind. People don't forget and people will remember that they are not trustworthy because they lied. It's human nature. jmo

I find if very convenient that the Ant's always appear when someone else is getting the attention. You know, like Jeff Ashton, the day before, and so many other occasions. Must be just a coincidence. :waitasec: I could go on and on about the Why's and then the Why not's, I'm sure we all can. :fence: All I know is I have ZERO respect for them, their foundation, and them making a PENNY off of Caylee's death.

I wish Caylee could go shopping at the mall!

If I were asked to guess why security would be called when G & C Anthony show up at any public place it would be because these two bring an aura of doubt and hate with them.

People, IMO, just feel plain uncomfortable when the Anthonys are in sight. I feel that way when I see them on television.

Perhaps people in a crowded place who see them, feel as if there is enough hate around that someone would try to attack or mob G & C. That's the kind of stigma they bring with them still in a public place.

I don't know if I agree with that, but it seems hard to forget their behavior the past three years when they completely forgot about Caylee and did all they could to turn things around for their lying daughter, Casey.

Honestly, there is likely nothing to this. I am from Ohio, about an hour west of Warren. When I travel to visit family I usually stop in Statesville and shop or eat. It is about halfway from Orlando to Warren. If they were returning to Florida it is really the first place to stop and have any stores or restaurants for quite a while. It is just a natural stopping point to get out of the car and stretch a bit.

How about they just don't shop for clothes with money they have because of Caylee's murder? ... for a long long time anyway. Yeah, it is their "right" to do whatever they want to do but sometimes just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Keep in mind that Statesville is at the crossroads of two major interstates, I-40 and I-77 (actually ON 77) and the exit where this Belk is right off of is the only one within an hour that has a drive-thru Starbucks. I know that's what I look for when I think about stopping when I'm traveling! LOL If you got off the interstate, you'd see the Belk, but you wouldn't know it was there if you were just driving on the interstate unless you looked it up. There's no big "mall" sign.
