George & Cindy's Response to "NO DEATH PENALTY" Decision

  • #181
The search warrants specifically named some objects, one of which was her hairbrush. And just for your info the FBI was the ones she tried to ho doo and she may pay a huge price for that one.

No, the search warrant states that the hairbrush was ALREADY collected, along with the thermometer and some other items, a few days after Caylee was reported missing. The FBI was not, I don't believe, even involved at that point.

Which goes to show that Cindy did not concoct the babysitter/kidnapping story with Casey.

She did in my opinion............There had been NOTHING mentioned at all in the 911 calls about a kidnapping UNTIL..........Cindy said to KC - WHO TOOK HER?

I have noticed that CA queues KC what to say by asking the question first to the story she wants. It is very obvious if you listen to their exchanges.

The FBI was involved within the first hours. An agent was at the house. There are now 3 agents assigned to the case. Something is now up with the Anthonys and the FBI.

Uh huh, CW. I happen to think those pants that Cindy washed indeed would have given them a lot of pertinent evidence on Casey and information on Caylee's whereabouts as it could have been the DIRECT LINK to her death.

I think this is an important point! And it's even more significant because Casey & Caylee LIVED with Cindy and George-- it's VERY strange to me that Cindy never requested/demanded contact info for the nanny.
I tend to believe Cindy did demand a # for Zanny and, at some point, realized it was a fake number. I think it's possible she found a way to rationalize or forget this and did not turn this info over to LE.
I really just can't believe Cindy never asked for the nanny's contact info-- she was, IMO, essentially Caylee's mom. There's no way she wouldn't want to know who was watching Caylee.

I agree. I don't understand why this is even an issue, because acquiescing to the idea that a grandmother who was the main caretaker was indifferent to caring about who babysat her granddaughter flies in the face of common sense and normal human behaviour. Given Cindy's controlling nature, it makes that idea even crazier.

Unless someone wants to posit that Cindy just didn't give a damn.

And to build upon your theory, if indeed she rationalised the lie, then Caylee was never really Cindy's first priority, was she?

I thought the FBI was called in later, when Casey agreed that she would talk to the FBI because she didn't trust the sheriff's department.

Regardless, the hairbrush was collected by Melich without a search warrant. Unless he's lying. :waitasec:

Warning: Do Not Post anything on Caylee's blog about this that is anything other than she is alive.....They will not post the comments....

Yuri Melich doesn't lie. However, I will have to go study those reports again to find out about the FBI and the hairbrush again.

We don't know that Casey was wearing those pants at the time that Caylee was killed.

We don't know that Casey was wearing those pants at the time that she disposed of the body.

We don't know that Casey didn't wash those pants before Cindy washed them.

George is the one who said that Casey was wearing those pants when she was last seen with Caylee. Many people think George is lying and that Casey killed Caylee on the night of the 15th. We don't know what Casey was wearing on the 15th. Was it the gray striped pants?

ha too funny, I rarely agree with you except for this.....

Yes, KC (at the time when the line with le has been closed for communication ) she said the only people she wanted to talk to was FBI.) the A's said this too.

CA said "who took her?" because she overheard KC telling LA that she was kidnapped or had been missing for 31 days. CA didnt egg her on to make up that story, she was in the process and CA walked in on the conversation.

I said "could be a direct link".

However, if you want to believe George...then is it likely she was wearing those pants. It is known they at least smelled like decomp which is evidence that Casey could not have washed away.

WHO= ANYONE including KC. These people are nimwits. Of course CA is going to say this since she thinks precious little KC could take no wrong. Only until after the calls was when CA was informed. In the tapes is: PURE EMOTIONS.

And you believe this story because Lee and Cindy tell it so well or what?!

In my mind right now:

Everyone in this family wore these pants and they are ALL responsible for her demise.

Sure, the entire car smelled of decomp. The pants weren't needed to determine that.

I don't hear emotion in those first 911 calls other than Cindy's rage then I can hear her change into cover mode where she becomes more hysterical...but not because Caylee is missing...but she realized she messed up, imo.

She did NOT mean to say anything about the car smelling like a dead body for a fact. She got caught up in her own story and acting that she let it slip. She has tried to recover that statement at every turn since she made it!
