George & Cindy's Response to "NO DEATH PENALTY" Decision

  • #141
Absolutely-----that is a fact!!!!

Now why, oh why, wasn't KC smart enough to point this fact out to LE?

Surely KC would have no problem saying Caylee was never returned to her
after her Mother took her for the Father's Day visit to Mt. Dora!

Wouldn't CA then be the POI instead of KC?
Because this plan was hatched and it wasn't in the "script". I think it has always been about saving Casey since they knew that Caylee was indeed dead. Somehow whatever happened that day, the A fam does blame Casey for...so she will do anything they say to do if she knows they have the power to prove it.

Cindy said, "There is NO evidence!"

Because she needs them. She needed them to be on board to spout the spin to the media. I would NOT be surprised once we come to trial - Cindy & George will be served up on a platter by Casey. I believe it'll come down to this.

We already know she told others that Lee & George did things to her. She's more than capable of throwing them under the bus at trial when she doesn't need their spin anymore. IMO

Casey came up with the nanny kidnapping story before the 911 call was placed. She had no way of knowing that this case would turn into a huge media event or that her parents would "spin" anything.

And what makes you think the parents didn't help concoct such a story?

But if her parents had questioned more about the nanny...again not saying any of this is their fault...maybe the nanny story could have been nipped in the bud. I just can't understand how grandparents wouldn't want emergency numbers or a residence for someone that is watching the grandchild that is living with them. That just always amazes me.

With the videos aside, I still go with what Lee told LE in his early interviews when Cindy came in the room and said " What have you done." to Casey. Cindy knew and knows what Casey is capable of. And the video's are very telling that Cindy knows that Caylee is dead and they are over 3 months old. How her and George can even show faces in public is beyond me.

Casey doesn't want her parents to believe she did anything to harm Caylee. If she accused one of them, they would know she was lying. Plus there would still be the question of why Casey didn't report the crime, why she went out partying all month, why the cell pings show her at the Anthony house on the 16th when George stated he saw her. A make believe babysitter at least leaves some room for doubt - at least in Casey land.
If Cindy didn't go into a fit of rage over the money and the car...no one would have ever known that Caylee was missing. They all could have kept this hidden indefinitely.

I don't think Cindy or George had anything to do with what happened to Caylee.
I've said it before, why would Cindy call LE into it, especially with a car smelling like decomp, if she had anything to do with it.
If Cindy especially had anything to do with Caylee's death, why complicate things by bringing in the police when you've already gotten away with it for a month.
Caylee was not in school, she was not in daycare, and she was not with anyone on a regular basis to raise suspicion if she suddenly disappeared.
Casey was telling everyone she was with a non-existant nanny, and NO ONE was really questioning it.
Cindy was telling everyone Casey had taken Caylee off in a fit, and while Grandma and her sister were discussing it, they certainly weren't looking into it.
Casey had for all extents and purposes pretty much dumped all her friends Cindy knew, and more importantly who knew Cindy. Other than a few relatives, there was no overlap in people who knew Caylee, so there would be very few people to question Caylee's whereabouts.
Casey could have said Caylee was with nanny and/or grandparents til he!! froze over, no one would have investigated.
Cindy could have said Caylee was with Casey, and they were not speaking, or Casey moved away with her.
The odds anyone would have ever found out any differently are slim to none, so why bring the police in?

As controlling as Cindy is over that whole family...there is NO WAY she would not have known the babysitter or her number. There was no nanny and Cindy knew it all along is the ONLY explanation for that one.

Why would I possibly even consider such a thing? There is nothing at all that points in that direction. Pretty stupid to concoct a story about an imaginary nanny kidnapping a child and then crying to the 911 operator about the car smelling like a dead body had been in it. Why even pick up the car from the tow yard? Why deny ever seeing the nanny? Why say that Casey took none of Caylee's belongings with her? Nothing the Anthonys have done to date in any way supports Casey's babysitter story. If they're in cahoots, the Anthony gps are failing miserably on their end.

Which goes to show that Cindy did not concoct the babysitter/kidnapping story with Casey.

I don't think they had anything to do with her actually going missing either. I just think they have been not helping after the fact. I do believe they knew KC wasn't working and that there was no nanny. GA admitted he did not believe she had a job. No phone numbers...no salary paid to nanny (or no SS or taxes paid for nanny - illegal)...They knew there was no nanny.

She only called because she became enraged at Casey at that point. She let her rage overload her @ss. It finally hit her that they would ask about Caylee and it is when she FINALLY mentions her as an afterthought. It was not supposed to come up! That is how this whole thing got started...Cindy's rage towards Casey.

There are plenty of things which point to them being involved starting with lying to authorities from the beginning. They even admit to digging up their backyard before LE can search it. Why?! Because the neighbors could have seen them and they had to say something.

Cindy told the FBI that she had a number for Zanny. Whether she ever tried to call it, I don't know. It was in her address book.

".....Today's announcement only supports our theory that our granddaughter is still with us..."

NO CINDY - NO GEORGE!!!! IT means that the Prosecution doesn't want to risk a non-conviction based on the potential of imposing death with no body!!!!!!!!!!! Besides that, DEATH would be too easy for your daughter - she needs to rot in prison!

Frankly, Cindy, George, I don't give a ratz *** what you think or theorize because you have proved yourselves liars from the moment you opened your mouths. You have milked goodhearted people for their money in order to continue YOUR lifestyle, a lifiestyle that your "precious" granddaughter - remember Caylee? - will never know. You create evidence where none exist. I will no longer watch any program on which you lie more aned more. My Christmas wish for you? That you spend Christmas in a cell next to your daughter, for whom you have lied, cheated and stolen.

I hope God will forgive you, but I will not. moo

exactly, IIRC Cindy didn't even know her name until the night of the 15th. It was always the "Nanny" until the chit hit the fan. And after the bond hearing when the truth about the "job" came out, they have done nothing but spin. They know.

Cindy had a picture of Caylee in the Nanny's apartment as well. Wrong apartment.

I'm sorry, but I'm not understanding your position on this at all. It doesn't make sense to me that Cindy would concoct a story to cover a murder yet turn Casey in for stealing money and then accidentally mention that Caylee was missing. If she didn't intend to mention the missing Caylee, why concoct a story ahead of time? Why cover for a murder but not for stealing?

If you had a number for your grandchild's nanny for two years, wouldn't you think you would have called it at least once to see about picking her up, seeing if she was feeling ok, or a hey, how are you? When my children were at daycare, my parents, former in-laws, their aunts and uncles all knew the babysitter and where they lived and my parents would pick them up early on some days just to spend time with them.

Right. Cindy had been led to believe that Zanny was real.
