CT George Legere, 75, (Springfield MA man) guilty 1984 Avon CT kidnapping and sexual assault

I searched, and could not find a post on this man.

He kidnapped an Avon Ct woman as she was getting into her car putside of her apartment, bound and blindfolded her.

"The man drove the victim in her vehicle to an unknown location, tied her to a tree, and began to beat and sexually assault her, according to testimony. He then forced her back inside her car, where he continued to force her to perform sex acts."

Then he drove her back to a parking lot and left her still bound. She honked the horn until help arrived.

Mass. man linked to 1984 kidnapping and rape by DNA testing sentenced to 25 years

"Legere is a former Windsor, Connecticut, resident who attended the University of California, Los Angeles and has a master’s degree in computer science, another public defender said after Legere’s arrest in 2021. He has a lengthy criminal record dating to the 1960s that includes arrests and convictions in more than 30 criminal cases, including other convictions for sexual assault, kidnapping and negligent homicide."

I am very curious about this man's timeline from the 1960s until his arrest in 2021 for this cold case.
