No, I'm sorry, I worded that poorly. The last meeting between the state and the witness was about 45 minutes in length. I can't recall off the top of my head when they said the meeting occurred but it was the most recent and, strangely, IIRC her sister was in the meeting with her.

It's because people have been consistently forgetting to qualify something as their opinion only.

To anyone with a lick of sense it means stop. It is a polite way of telling someone to stop what they're doing, but it still means stop. Any other interpretation is just playing the nut roll.

I just think there is too much left to interpretation. The 911 told us he does not give orders just suggestions.

I think that it depends on the person who hears it and their experience.

No evidence of that. Just making a possible scenario for evidence lacking on TM hands which would indicate punching someone in the face repeatedly.

one that has a concealed carry permit, which GZ obtained legally. If GZ had a CCW, he would have gone through a CCW course, where he would have been instructed that a full clip and one chambered w/o a safety is "dangerous and an accident waiting to happen". (Arizona here, previous CCW holder, and currently carry w/o a CCW because of the Az law change.) Unless Florida's CCW classes are totally inept, GZ was not a safe gun owner.

Wiki is not accurate and anyone can sign up and change things.

It is clear GZ's record of violence was dropped.

I'm trying to find a link to either a article or his actual records.

I don't know they are sealed or not, if they are, this maybe the reason why I can't find his actual records.

maybe not "hiding" but cutting through yards and going via underhangs is a little sketchy, especially when he is not a familiar face in this neighborhood.

She said that it lasted 45 minutes, but that there was no actual discussion of testimony. That it was just to make sure she was okay to testify.

But it took 45 minutes. That doesn't quite make sense to me.

Then why was Trayvon's body found so far away from the truck?

If he was headed back to his car, as shown by a previous poster - the 20 seconds vs 90 seconds - he would have been found at or very near the truck.

He wasn't. They were found no where near where any car could have actually been.

He was clearly still pursuing Trayvon. All of the evidence proves that, including his own words, which he stated Trayvon asked him "Why are you following me!?"

Maybe he kept walking? I don't know but he had every right to be out there in his own neighborhood so where he was.

He was tired and out of breath...from what? Running, yes? Running from whom, GZ? Yes. IMO only...and I'm not on the jury :yes: this proves GZ chased TM. Again, it's simply my opinion.

I have hypothesized that he walked to across that cut-through (the short part of the T) in an attempt to see where Martin was running (since he has a clear view of the gate from there, and said he thinks he's running to the back gate). It's entirely possible that he was walking back across the cut-through to his vehicle when Martin reappeared.

Possible, but that's too much speculation for me. It doesn't really answer my questions.

DNA is not some magic thing that is always transferred from one person to another. Plus, there was rain and there is doubt his hands were even bagged properly.

How far was Trayvon's body from his father's girlfriend's house? Where did she live in relation to where the body was found?

George was nowhere near his truck when he was attacked. TM was a lot closer to where he was staying then GZ was to his own truck.

ok so doesn't that show that gz was following tm while tm was trying to get to his house?
