Are you kidding me? We know what TM was doing because he told the 12 year old that he was going to the store, and then a tape from the store showing him purchasing items. GZ said he was following TM, my god he says it in the NEN call.

He had a huge hoodie. It made him look bigger. Look at the surveillance video from 7 11. HE looks much bigger and not at all skinny.

GZ was 22 pounds HEAVIER...and 3 inches SHORTER!!

TM was very skinny...I was shocked how skinny when I saw the 7-11 video.

When people are on the ground...one on top of another...you cannot for one second tell how tall either of them are.

You can however tell if someone is "bigger" and "smaller".

But that of course is your opinion. Anyone who thinks that 158 at 5'11" isn't skinny...well, I don't know what you would consider skinny. A skeleton maybe? (OK, being silly)

Personal feeling is that State's witnesses have not been very strong 'at this point'. I would need more certainty to convict someone of murder, personally. And that attorney apologizes WAY too much, it is nice to apologize, but needs to be more comfortable with what he is doing, IMO

It may be the Defenses job, but they annoyed me, by asking that witness the same question, 6 different ways, but where I think they made a good point was when the witness said the person on the bottom NEVER moved, and so 'would she reconcile' that TM would have been shot in the back because he was found face down. I thought that was a good point based on that witnesses accounts.

Your going to hate the State's star witness then "DeeDee".

TM's dad's girlfriends son. Won't post his name as he is a minor but he was the first witness.

I'm glad the woman witness ascerted that the shooter was on top of Trayvon Martin and after shooting him, GZ rose up and walked toward her window. I believe Trayvon realised GZ got off of him and rolled over onto his stomach in self defense, grabbing at the shot wound.

I believe that TM was taller, but GZ was heavier. Which could be described as "Bigger?" Does height mean stronger, or does bulk mean stronger? IMO it depends on one's point of view.

GZ's clothes were tighter but with that hoodie and bulk of it, I don't believe at al l that GZ was the bigger of the two.

Bigger in an instant for most people will be a height reference. Then weight.. IF they are not Laurel and Hardy.. At least that is what I have observed.

I'm going to make one more comment and then leave for a while before I get into trouble.
It has been suggested a number of times that GZ could have driven his vehicle up to TM. rolled down the window and asked what TM was doing in the neighborhood. I can only say that if anyone ever did that to me, in the daytime, at night, and particularly on a dark, rainy night, it would scare me to death. There would be no way I would respond with anything but running and screaming for help. But then, I am an older woman. I don't know what a teenager would do. I think it's a really bad idea, though, unless one is a police officer in a marked car.

I'm sorry for my ignorance, but are you even allowed to base some of your testimony off something you saw on the news?

That would be no. The jury gets it, though. At least I hope they do.

I think if these injuries were from Trayvon, then at the very least George exaggerated. That does not look the face of someone who has been repeatedly punched in the face or the head of someone repeatedly bashed into the cement by a big kid. Not saying it didn't happen, but maybe not as bad as George is saying.

It will be interesting to hear the testimony of the medical person who examined GZ. From the opening statement, it was stated his nose was not broken, he did not have as much as a deviated septum, he had a head scrape less than 3/4" and did not require any sutures.

Jayne Surdyka heard three shots so I wonder what else George Zimmerman is hiding? Perhaps GZ shot at him three times and only managed to hit him once or two of the shots were " warning shots?"
