According to reports - since he gave that statement he has been harassed and threatened to the point that he moved away.....he is a reluctant witness as has been pointed out.

I might add that I think :seeya:most if not all of the State's witnesses thus far no longer live in Sanford. I gleaned that info from the Pros asking them where they now live.

No he was not told to stop. You can continue to repeat this misinformation until you are Sacrablue in the face and it STILL won't make it true.

You are very welcome. Chester-from-THM ! Now I changed puters and can give the link instead of the IMO etc....

Nancy Grace found this to be crucial evidence.
Couldn't agree more. Yes, she is a very succinct witness.:moo:

That was after the fatal shot....... I see the media is at it again.

Unless the State does a recross and discounts some of his testimony, then it appears to me that it was a mistake for the State to put him on the stand.

JMO

The State had to call him. It would look pretty bad if they didn't call the best eyewitness there is in terms of proximity and actually stepping outside to see what was going on and interacting with Trayvon and George.

So ignore the 911 recommendations. Just agree with them and continue doing whatever you want. Sounds reasonable to me though I would never do it.

No one said that! And GZ did not call 911 he called the non-emergency line. And there is no proof GZ did not do what the operator recommended. JMO

Another embarrassment for the state. Still waiting for any evidence that GZ was out to murder someone that night.

Witness thinks GZ was screaming for help.

As we all recall, this whole thing wasn't going to go to trial. Zimmerman wasn't arrested, there was no evidence to arrest him on per police. Then public pressure, etc, new prosecutor appointed. And here we are.

Didn't TM's friend that he was talking with on the phone say that TM asked him a question; thereby showing himself to GZ?

Is there something that backs this up? Does this sound like a guy who wants to be a hero to you? I don't think so.

In fact, as I recall, he admitted despite the guy screaming for help, he wasn't going to help, but instead went back inside to call 911. I dont' blame him for that, that was a prudent thing to do, but he certainly never pretended to be any sort of a hero, and was honest about it.

My personal opinion, JG is not credible. Due to his embellishments.

Do you think Rachel had embellishments? She heard wet grass. Credible? JG was the closest witness to the event and he SURELY does NOT want to be involved in this. I wonder who's been threatening him. Because THAT is just sickening.

Personally, I think every single person, even if his daddy is a judge/magistate and even if he is a self-appointed " captain" of NW, should be tried for murder when they harrass and shoot dead an unarmed individual of any race or creed.

And Trayon was raised in Miami Gardens, not Mayberry. I don't think he was scared of George at all.

I lived in Miami for several years. I would think this would have made him even be more scared of someone following him than if he lived in Mayberry. JMO.

This is absolutely 100% proof he did not do what the operator recommended. And proof that GZ's story does not add to that proof.

If he had headed back to his truck after the operator "recommended" it (which I don't believe that was a recommendation, but again, semantics to try to make something fit your theory)

He would have been no where near where this happened.

He would have been back in the safety of his truck. He would have still been on the phone with 911 if he had headed back to his truck after he said "OK".

The 911 operator - and us - know exactly when he got out of his car. You could hear the dings of his door, and he started moving. That's completely clear.

It was an exchange that lasted about 20 seconds.

However, he stayed on the phone with 911 for another 1 minute and 40+ seconds...based on a timeline that was posted yesterday.

PLENTY of time to have been back in the safety of his truck.

However, we know that's not the case, and this altercation took place quite some distance from his truck. And of course, there was 2+ minutes from the time of him hanging up and the actual gun shot.

There is absolutely irrefutable proof that he did NOT follow 911's "recommendation".

I recall Zimmerman stated Travyon sat up, put his hands up and said something like "you got me" immediately after being shot. Have any witnesses corroborated seeing Travyon sit up and put his hands up? I'm wondering if perhaps this occurred immediately *prior* to George firing the weapon vs. immediately after. Or maybe simultaneously. If it's true that Trayvon suddenly sat up and put his hands up, that is more consistent with something one might do in response to having a gun pulled on them.

I totally agree with you. There is no evidence that this is what happened here. MOO

??? What? He never claimed he did anything heroic.

That was my first impression of his manner and dramatized description of his impression. It just seemed full of bravado...you'd have to watch his first on screen TV interview and decide for yourself. This is JMO of JG on the day after the shooting.

I often wonder why they never ask witnesses if they wear contact lenses or glasses and if they had them on.
